We have multiple properties. Please call for details. Some locations require one month stay while others are available nightly.
Our condos have a master bedroom suite with queen bed, full bath and walk-in closet. There is a 2nd bedroom with queen bed and a full bath in the hall.
The living room opens onto the deck which overlooks the beautiful pool and lake.
The floor plan is open which makes these condos great for gathering and entertaining. Even working in the kitchen does not stop you from being part of the action as it opens to the dining room and living room and has a clear view of the deck and lake.
Bring just your suitcase and some food and you will find everything else that you need in the unit. From linens to kitchen necessities to games and books, we have what you need for a fun trip to Lake Norman or Mountain Island Lake!

Perfect family stay on the lake with beautiful views and everything we needed. The property manager walked us through what to expect during our stay and we found Davidson to be close by many places with easy access to the interstate. Truly enjoyed this property.

Davidson Landing Stay
We stayed in this little condo for a month visiting our daughter and three grandchildren. Although small it had everything we needed. I like being on the first floor for easy access, next to the pool again easy access. The pool and walkway are lightly used so not disturbing. The location is perfect for our needs. Nice views and walkways, tennis and pickleball courts. We'll stay again.

What a great place!
We really enjoyed our time at the condo while our home was being completed. Everything was perfect. It is super convenient to get to everything - walk to restaurants and shops and short drive to basically anything else you could need. One of the best things about it is Christina. She is so nice and great to work with. She made sure that we were really comfortable and went out of her way to make things just right!

Grerat condo
Nice first floor condo with a lovely view -- spectacular sunsets! Clean and well appointed. The condo association does a great job with the grounds and there is a nice walk up around the tennis courts that our dog loved. We had two cars and never had an issue getting a guest space for the second vehicle. Christina was awesome to work with and responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Great condo in great location
Great location. Although it was winter, it would be awesome in the summer with the pool right next door. Ground floor condo gives easy access to outdoor space. Nice sized living room with views of the lake and comfortable beds and bedding in the two bedrooms.

A pleasant visit to Lake Norman
My time in Davidson was a treat for me. The condo was first floor and convenient for myself and my dog to walk the boardwalk. It was quiet. I found many restaurants that were good food and friendly. If possible, I would come back next year.

Beautiful location
The condo has a beautiful water view. Several walking trails are in the complex along with waterfront walking and sitting areas. The owner is very responsive and the property is well maintained. I highly recommend this condo.

Lovely condo on Lake Norman.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, well furnished and had everything you needed. The location was perfect and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, shops and downtown Davidson. Christina is absolutely wonderful to deal with and a gracious host.
