Lake Norman Dream Condo - 1st floor newly furnished Lake Norman vacation rental condo located on a beautiful cove of Lake Norman surrounded by a boardwalk leading to private marina. Boat slip may be available on a first come, first served basis!

This condo has 3 bedrooms. The master has a new king bed, large walk in closet, entrance to patio with views of lake. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and desk with chair. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, one which includes trundle bed with twin mattress. Each bedroom has a TV and ceiling fan. Also included with unit is play-n-pack porta crib and high chair.

2 full bathrooms. Master bath has large soaker tub and double vanity. 2nd bathroom has large walk in shower.

Full kitchen with new appliances and compete set of plates, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc.

Spacious and open living and dining room feature new and comfortable furnishings. Gas fireplace and cable TV.

Patio with dining and sitting space overlooks a beautiful cove on Lake Norman surrounded by boardwalk. A huge perk of staying a 1st floor unit in this complex is the ability to walk directly from the patio to the waterfront!

This unit may include a boat slip for you to park your own boat or a rental from a nearby marina! Please let us know if you'll be needing a slip when you book, so that we can reserve it for you if available!

No pets are allowed.

Guests have access to outdoor pool overlooking lake and tennis court. Pool to open May 1st. Tennis rackets and balls available for guest use. Located next to Port City Club waterfront restaurant.

Please note that trailer parking/storage is not allowed, but private options are available nearby.

Pool - All residents & guests must obey posted MAX capacity requirements.

We love Lake Norman! We go boating frequently, and enjoy the restaurants and fun around the lake! Our kids love getting out on the water in a tube, or try to get up on a wake board. My wife enjoys paddle boarding and plans to try yoga on the board soon!

Why they chose this property

The Port City Restaurant is just a few steps from the elevator, offering excellent food and drinks. A short distance away are Morningside Marina and Holiday Marina. This is the perfect location on Lake Norman. Attend NASCAR events in nearby Charlotte. Visit NASCAR team shops just a short drive to Mooresville. For a great family adventure be sure to check out the US National Whitewater Center, fun for all ages. Don’t miss the great local golf courses, restaurants, museums and historical sites and towns. Beautiful Davidson College is less than 5 miles away in historical town of Davidson! We love this place and we're sure you will too! Paddle Boards and Kayaks can be rented nearby on the lake at My Aloha just 2 minutes from the condo, they also give lessons and tours.

This condo complex welcomes short term vacation renters and the community caters to them. There are rentals of every kind - paddle boards, jet skies, boats, kayaks, pontoons, etc. The restaurant next door loves renters and you can always get a table (well most of the time!) There are 2 parks nearby for running, walking, biking and just sitting on the bench watching the boats.
