About this property

DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH -Perfect for a Family Vacation.


Our 1450 Sq.ft condo’s pleasant and relaxed atmosphere has all the amenities of home. Our bright corner unit #212 with large balcony has access from the living room and the master bedroom. Its northern exposure offers side views of the the Gulf of Mexico and Inter-coastal waterway.
Our complex offers its own private fishing pier on the ocean. (As the result of last year Hurricane Heleni the pier is not presently accessible pending repairs).
Pristine white sandy beach, a large Ocean front heated pool (always Kept at 82 Deg. during winter), and hot tub. Listen to the sound of the ocean while you prepare dinner in the BBQ area, with its Tiki tables. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
We are just minutes from John’s Pass, nearby Clearwater beach and Saint Pete beach where dining, shopping and water sports can be found.
We are located 13 miles west of St.Pete/Clearwater airport, and
approx. 25 miles from Tampa International Airport.
ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE 7 Days Minimum FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Midweek rentals request must be pre approved.

We loved every minute of our vacation at directly on the beach. Everyone that we met was a delight. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Loved having the swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a family beach vacation and would absolutely return in the future.

Great place nice location. Secure and lovely people. Hot tub pool ocean great. Condo was great! Balcony is side view not a straight view of ocean however corner unit so saw the front . Large balcony plusPlace was great thank you !

My family and I throughly enjoyed the stay. The condo was great. Clean and plenty of room. The family loved it. The only down side is the pictures of the pool and private peer are old. The storms in the last years destroyed the peer and is not available. However the pool has been redone and the fence around is still under construstion. Still had full access to the pool. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

Nice unit and very responsive owner

Due to last fall’s hurricane many of the other condos in the area were impacted so we had a late change. The owner of this unit was extremely professional and timely with questions. Condo was clean and comfortable. “Directly on the beach” title for property is very misleading as overlooked the side of a neighboring building.

Our home is in Norther New Jersey but our hearts are in Indian Shores, we have 2 wonderful children and 2 precious dogs.
The moment we first saw our condo and this beautiful complex we fell in love and bought it. We know you will also have a GREAT TIME here.

Why they chose this property

Since the moment we first visit Indian Shores we fell in love with the beach, area and the people. For over a year we search for a place that will be different from most vacation condos. The moment we found this place we both fell in love with it. The large spacious condo, the ocean front heated pool and Jacuzzi, and picnic area. Centrally located to activities and shopping, but quiet and relaxing, and most of all the only private complex with our private pier on the Gulf. Most of all the white powder sandy beach and amazing sunsets.

What makes this property unique

Large Heated ocean front pool and large Jacuzzi. A picnic area facing the ocean with Tiki tables and 5 BBQ's grills. Beach volley ball court and Cabana rentals. Lets not forget the only complex with it's own private pier in the Gulf.
