Conveniently located just off the 202 freeway and only 2 miles from Downtown Chandler's night life, arts, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy quiet luxury in this studio casita. Beautiful setting off private fountain courtyard Includes very comfortable Temperpedic Queen Size bed, nice linens, fire pit, and amenities.
Small dogs are welcome for an extra charge per night. You must clean up after your pets. Please make arrangements for bringing your pet before your arrival.

Comes nicely equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster and small refrigerator. NO FULL KITCHEN. Firepit is available in cooler months.

There is not a kitchen or living room. It is like a hotel room.

Wifi is free as is the Direct TV with streaming services. Parking is also free.

We love staying at this casita! Perfect location for us to visit family in the phoenix area. We bring our dog, and there is a nice area of grass out front for him, and a nice safe neighborhood for us to walk him. Everyrhing was clean, and had everyrhing we needed. Perfect for us!

Very nice private casita with easy entry. They provided a very comfortable bed and coffee supplies. There is also an outdoor sitting area that is quite nice. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again.
