Second bedroom has it's own independent A/C. You can walk out the living room patio door, along manicured grass and step right into the pool within 30 paces. Beyond the pool is a hot tub in which you can absorb the breathtaking views of the emerald green golf course, the sparkling azure Sea of Cortez and the picturesque Baja landscape.

Located halfway between Cabo san Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, this beautiful home provides the perfect base for exploring the area. Condo is located across from the Hilton Hotel and up the hill along the golf course.

This is not a hotel. Please make sure you clean up prior to your departure. Dishes should be washed. Maids can put them away but for fear of ants or bugs, we'd like them cleaned.
Please leave any used linens in a pile for maids to wash.
Any left over food can go to the guards at the gate. They love it! Anything that won't spoil can be left for the next renters.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please treat this place as if it were your own. Keep it clean and If anything breaks or acts funky, please notify us immediately.

My wife and I got married in Cabo and decided to buy a place to share with friends and family. Our two children love the pool. I am a college professor and my wife works as a marketing director for a food company. She is half mexican and this is our wonderful escape home.

Why they chose this property

It is next door to a Condo that my in-laws own so we know the complex well. It is safe, quiet, friendly, and in the middle of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. We have been visiting this area for over 15 years. It is not part of the tourist trap downtown. It is simple, easy and uncrowded. Local beaches are within a short drive, and plenty of amenities nearby too.

What makes this property unique

Quiet. Relaxing. Comfortable. A home away from home. Amazing views. Great place as a jumping off point to go to downtown Cabo San Lucas or San Jose del Cabo. If you like golf, it is excellent. We have a kitchen full of all the pots, pans and items you'd expect at home (including Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave). Plenty of towels, Big Screen TV. An acoustic guitar. A great mountain hike just steps from the condo in one direction, and the pool is a few steps away in the other direction.
