This home provided exactly what we needed for a splendid family vacation. Everything was within walking distance, the space allowed for intimate memory making, and Centro Historico provided so much opportunity for learning about Mazatlan. In addition, Chris and Maritza were accommodating and very helpful. We would definitely rent again.

We had a fantastic time with six young grandchildren ages 3,4,6,6,8&8 enjoying the pool and outdoor space. We were so close to playground, Malecon, the beach and the Plaza Machado it made it easy to go out for meals and walks to explore the area.
À great pool area with half bath nearby and an enjoyable place to daily evenings or for morning coffee

Great Place Great Location

Our stay at Casa Bonita was outstanding. There were 8 people in our party and everyone found the accommodations very comfortable, especially the beds. The private pool was a big plus. Having the property manager onsite to answer questions made things very easy. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay there.

Casa Bonita is exceptional in every way.

From the location and spaciousness of this historic home, the swimming pool and garden to the helpfulness of the resident manager and owner, we felt Casa Bonita was exceptional! Our group of seniors included several guests with some physical handicaps and all were accommodated. Yes, we would love to return!

Wonderful!

The house is wonderful for a large group, Manager & owner were always very helpful. Maid service was three times a week, so everything was spotless, The kitchen is stocked to extreme with everything you would need including drinking water., The pool and sitting area were a great hit with all our group. We would definitely come again.

Perfect location

We had the best experience with the home and our guests. Exploring the historic Mazetlan, walking beautiful neighborhoods, being only a block from the beach….what more can I say? We took nearly all Chris’ recommended restaurant ideas and were never disappointed. There are plenty of shops nearby to stock groceries and beverages. It’s also quite amazing that there are private bathrooms for each guest quarter. I highly recommend this home and location.

Fabulous family vacation

The property is in a fantastic location. Something for everyone to do. When 11 adults and 4 littles go on vacation it’s hard to please everyone. The location allowed for everyone to go their own direction and meet back at the house. Let me tell you the pool was a life saver, the kids were easy to please with a private pool on site. We had a blast. A few went fishing and the neighboring restaurant cooked up all the fish and provided us with a 5 course (fish) meal. It was fabulous. Thanks for the hospitality Chris!

Fabulous, huge house!

Casa Bonita is everything you need for a large family or group and more. All of the rooms are very large and almost every amenity is provided. Katia the housekeeper is adorable and very accommodating. We were expecting four twin beds in one of the rooms but it was two bunkbeds instead. Just worth noting if you have small ones. The location of Casa Bonita is perfect for both Olas Altas and Centro. And if you want to experience Mazatlan, where else would you want to stay? Thanks Chris for your hospitality!

Great getaway in paradise

Casa Bonita is a great house in the perfect location. A block from the beach, and only a couple minutes walk to Plaza Machado. Tons of restaurants nearby, and no shortage of things to do within walking distance. Clean accommodations and all the things you need to stay safe during COVID are provided for you. The on-site manager is so friendly and helpful. She was always available for any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again.
