5 bedrooms, 2 master bedroom suites. Third bedroom has private bath. 4 1/2 baths Plenty of living area and dining all on the third floor. Decks off of all the bedrooms and living area. Propane grill off of the main living area. This property has room for all of your family and friends. This is located at the north end of Dewey, a easy walk to the ocean or the night life area. Parking for at least 5 cars

I do not start or end rentals on Saturday. I offer weekend, long weekend and weekly rentals. For weekly rentals you can start on Friday or Sunday.
In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.

perfect spot

great spot, two blocks from the ocean, so close to everything downtown and walkable which was great for a big group. definitely recommend this spot for a group trip to dewey!

Perfect condo for reunion

The furnishings were nice and the kitchen had everything we needed...plus! The only downside is lots of stairs, but wasn't a problem for us. Within walking distance of some restaurants. Enjoyed our time there!

Amount of space and location can't be beat

This is our second time at this property. It is great for a large group with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The main floor open concept works great for a large group. It is an easy walk to the beach and the main road for food, coffee, shops, etc.

Great Place for a Family Getaway!

Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Lots of stairs which is good for retreating to your bedrooms, but might be a challenge for some. The kitchen/living/dining room is great for being together and playing games or watching movies. Close to everything!

Great rental for a large group

The condo nicely accommodated 12 of us: we could all gather together in the large living room, dine in one area with 2tables for 6, yet find private spots with the multiple balconies. The beautiful beach is a walk away, the beds were very comfortable (always appreciated) and the area was quiet, even on a weekend. The property manager was easily accessible and very accommodating. It was all 5 stars plus!

Comfy Condo

We had five adults and seven children in this condo and there was plenty of room. Walking to the beach and downtown Dewey made this vacation very easy for everyone to come and go when needed. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and had plenty of seating. We truly enjoyed our week and hope to return here again next year.

Excellent layout and location

We stayed here with 3 other families for a weekend baseball tournament. The location was great, didn’t realize how close we would be to everything (30 min ride to the field but the outlets, boardwalk, and restaurants were super close). Wish we would have stayed longer to been able to soak it all in. Will definitely look at this location for next time! House setup is perfect and multiple deck areas to enjoy the surroundings! Looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful, spacious, private!

I stayed here with my family (8 adults, 1 baby and 3 dogs). It was perfect and exceeded all of our expectations. Each couple had their own room & bathroom. The house was spacious and allowed not only privacy to the outside but also everyone had privacy within their rooms. A very quick walk to the beach, restaurants/bars, groceries, etc. 5 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach. We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend to anyone traveling with a larger group/family.

The place was spacious which was great for a party our size, but highly disappointed in host communication and accommodation before and during the trip. After a night of sleep was ruined due to smoke detectors going off, we couldn’t even get in contact with the actual host. Would not stay here again.

Great place to stay for large family

The house is great and easy walking distance of a beautiful beach. Plenty of room for a big family. Especially liked all the balconies. The only thing difficult was opening the lockbox which is old and we couldn’t get ahold of the host at that time. The host, Dianne, went out of her way to bring my daughter’s wallet to her in Rehoboth after we had checked out. Way above what she needed to do. A terrific host!

Nice choice for a large family

The place fit 14 of us comfortably. The beach was only about a 7 minute walk. The kitchen had all the basics we needed to cook large meals. We even enjoyed the 35 minute walk into Rehoboth. There were a few minor issues with the air conditioning but management came within a day with window units and eventually fixed the central air. Be mindful that there are a lot of stairs including one flight to get into the house and a couple flights once inside. Overall it was a nice stay.

Great location.

Great house. It was showing a bit of end of the season wear. The dryer did not work, however we had another family in a rental down the street so we used there’s. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed. I would rent it again.
