In prime season (MDW to LDW) - our weekly rental is Saturday to Saturday (with the exception of Memorial and Labor Day Weekends).
Flexible stays in the off season.

***PLEASE NOTE***: WE DO NOT provide Sheets/Pillowcases, Towels (Beach or Bath), paper and plastic products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), or hygiene products (soap, shampoo, etc.) but we do provide blankets and pillows, and we have beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys available for your use (as well as a pack n play for your little one)!
There are several local companies that provide sheet and linen rentals and we provide their contact information in our General Information Guide upon booking or upon request.

The Good Stuff!
A wonderful 2-level ocean front townhome located on McKinley Ave in Dewey Beach. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise on your open deck. The open-concept main level overlooking the ocean offers a spacious living room, recently renovated kitchen with granite counters and eat-in bar, separate dining area, and a half bath. You can also relax on the screened-in porch directly off of the ocean front master bedroom with a new king bed allowing you to fall asleep comfortably listening to the waves. There is also day-bed in the master bedroom that converts to a queen bed.

The townhouse has a total of 3 bedrooms with 1 full bath upstairs, a half bath on the main level, and a full private outdoor shower in the laundry room off the back deck. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a pull out couch that converts to a queen bed. The two additional bedrooms are also located on the 2nd level and are separated by an accordion door with 2 twins on one side and a bunk bed on the other. Note most guest leave the accordion door open for more space as the rooms become fairly tight when the accordion door is closed to create a wall. Unit includes a washer and dryer which is located in an enclosed room on rear deck. There is 1 unit specific parking space at the unit and a Dewey Beach parking tag for 1 car that can be used on any street.

The simple design and location of our place is guaranteed to relax and de-stress you from the cares of your other life. There is nothing like the sound and sight of the ocean or a long walk on the beach to remind you life is meant to be simple. Our unit has direct access to the walkway over the dune - there isn't even a need for shoes! For excitement, the bars and restaurants of Dewey are mere steps away or take the Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk.

Please note you must bring your own linens and towels. As a courtesy, we have provided beach chairs and beach toys as well as a pack n play and high chair however as these are used by our renters - we can not guarantee their availability or condition upon your arrival.

A note from the owner: Our goal is to provide a warm and relaxing getaway at the beach. Please note that the unit is 1000 sq ft and while we do in fact have room to sleep 8 people, 8 adults would likely feel quite crowded. We are also located in a family friendly complex which is not conducive to wild parties. Please keep these thoughts in mind when considering our place for your next adventure. We look forward to having you as our guests!
