Grad celebration

We were in town for my son’s graduation from Cornell, and the lake house was the perfect retreat after a long drive.The home was peaceful, cozy, and beautifully set up with everything we needed. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches—it truly felt like a home away from home.We couldn’t have asked for a better space to relax and celebrate such a special occasion. Thank you for helping make the weekend so memorable!

Very relaxing!

Hidden gem

Everything about this lake house is spectacular: The views, the location, the amenities (boathouse, fire pit) and the ease with which everything is handled by the hosts. My only regret is we didn’t stay longer - absolutely recommend for anyone looking to unwind and spend some quality time with family and friends.

It was a pleasure to deal with Abi the owner. She informed us of things in the area. Her place is well stocked with what we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed having a fire in the fireplace when it got cold out. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Would definitely return. Great location and views are amazing!

Great experience.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Destination Relaxation! The host have thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable! We enjoyed visiting the local wineries and breweries! Would recommend this location!

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time at this house. The house is clean with a great location. Everything you need for a relaxing time on the lake is provided. Abi was great in suggesting places to get food. We can’t wait to go back!

Lovely place to stay!

We loved this house!! The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need. Beds were so comfy and bathrooms were recently remodeled and very nice. I’ve stayed at many VRBO homes on the lake and this one was definitely one that I’d rent again!

Destination Relaxation

We had a great time! The house was beautiful, clean, and organized with clear instructions for each appliance. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, and having restaurant menus was helpful. The property includes a dock and a boat house which were great for fishing and kayaking. We slept really well in the sleep number bed! We’ve already recommended this property to friends, and we can’t wait to book our next stay!

Great place

The house was perfect for our family of 5. We had a great time with the kayaks and paddle boards. The location was perfect, right on the lake. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Lakeside stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views from the living room and the deck. Sitting out on the dock was also nice. The "boathouse" was great as we had a couple of lakeside fires with cocktails right down on the water. Would definitely stay again on future trips to Finger Lakes.

Wonderful Place to Relax and Enjoy the Finger Lakes

Destination Relaxation really lives up to its name! Beautiful lake views and easy water access, a well equipped home and boathouse, and a central location to visit wineries and attractions on several of the Finger Lakes. We loved our week there…plenty of space to spread out inside and outside and Dresden is a peaceful and walkable village…looking forward to returning again to create more family memories!

Home base for the eclipse

We stayed in this great house on Seneca Lake, using it as home base for traveling north to the see the eclipse in April 2024. The house is right on the lake with gorgeous views. The house is comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the five of us were VERY happy with our choice. We highly recommend Destination Relaxation!

Perfect views of the Lake

This home was truly our home away from home. It was extremely clean when we arrived and had anything that we might need during our stay. Visiting all the wineries was so fun but our favorite time was just relaxing and enjoying the views. I would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.
