We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent. If there’s a rocket launch it’s the perfect place to be with the rooftop available. Neighbors were very quiet.

Chateau by the Sea was perfect. Oceanfront, just steps to the beach and a short walk to the Coco Beach Pier. The rooftop deck gave a perfect view of Falcon 9 Space X launch. Our accommodations were very comfortable and provided everthing we needed, including beach chairs and towels. We. would certainly stay here again.

Condo was very clean and well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Property was well maintained and very clean. The pool was very nice and cleaned daily. Very easy access to the beach and the pier. Communication with the rental agency was very prompt and easy. Enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect Cocoa Beach Vacation

This is our second time visiting Cocoa Beach and we had a wonderful experience. The location was wonderful and close to everything. We enjoyed the condo, pool, and the beach. Super close to the pier and very easy to get to hot spots in the area.

Great family vacation

This property was perfect for a week long vacation. Right on the beach and driving distance to the fun attractions. The property was clean, had everything we needed to cook as well as to be on the beach for a day.

Everything was wonderful. Entry was easy, communication was great. We had one minor issue and it was handled timely and perfectly. This was a great place, and we had a wonderful time. If we ever go back to Cocoa Beach, we will stay here again. The beach access isn't long, and the beach is fabulous! It was close to things we wanted to do; nearby restaurants are good too.
