It is on a quiet inlet 1 mile north of Fishers Landing. It is on the water and has it's own boat ramp, boat slip and covered parking at the private dock. Parking for 8 vehicles and concrete boat launch ramp. It has an adult game room with a horsehair dart board and full size 8' slate pool table. The home has air conditioning, WIFI, Washer/Dryer, and a extra refrigerator/freezer in garage.

The home was built in 2005, designed with modern amenities and style. Fully furnished and ready for rent. Fishing, hiking, off-roading, boating, water skiing, wake boarding or just relaxing are some of the activities available for you to enjoy at this beautiful home. There are views of the lake and sunsets throughout the home. Rent a few months at a time for a special discounted rate, or available weekly or monthly.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used bed linens and towels in the laundry room. we prefer you do NOT start a wash load you cannot place in dryer. Wet laundry residing in washer is problematic for smells.
It is guests responsibility to remove all trash and your personal property from the premises. Industrial dumpsters are available at Fisher's Landing for your free use.
Reset both thermostats to 79F. Basically leave house as found, except for used bed linens and towels placed in laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please park boats and trailers in driveway or in the wash area adjacent to the launch ramp and not on Cul de sac.
children under 16 must be supervised on the billiard table, spa tub, fire rings, dock, boat channel, trailer storage areas.
Please use bidets installed to be gentle on septic system no grease, food waste or anything product other than toilet paper down drains.
