Relax in this custom 2-story 4 bedroom 3 bath home located on a private channel on the North Shore of Martinez Lake AZ. This home is in a secluded private 5 home gated community cul de sac. It is on a quiet inlet 1 mile north of Fishers Landing. It is on the water and has it's own boat ramp, boat slip and covered parking at the private dock. Parking for 8 vehicles and concrete boat launch ramp. It has an adult game room with a horsehair dart board and full size 8' slate pool table. The home has air conditioning, WIFI, Washer/Dryer, and a extra refrigerator/freezer in garage.

The home was built in 2005, designed with modern amenities and style. Fully furnished and ready for rent. Fishing, hiking, off-roading, boating, water skiing, wake boarding or just relaxing are some of the activities available for you to enjoy at this beautiful home. There are views of the lake and sunsets throughout the home. Rent a few months at a time for a special discounted rate, or available weekly or monthly.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used bed linens and towels in the laundry room. we prefer you do NOT start a wash load you cannot place in dryer. Wet laundry residing in washer is problematic for smells.
It is guests responsibility to remove all trash and your personal property from the premises. Industrial dumpsters are available at Fisher's Landing for your free use.
Reset both thermostats to 79F. Basically leave house as found, except for used bed linens and towels placed in laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please park boats and trailers in driveway or in the wash area adjacent to the launch ramp and not on Cul de sac.
children under 16 must be supervised on the billiard table, spa tub, fire rings, dock, boat channel, trailer storage areas.
Please use bidets installed to be gentle on septic system no grease, food waste or anything product other than toilet paper down drains.

We had two families staying in this home together it was perfect! Very roomy home, comfortable, clean and convenient.They provide everything at the house so you can just show up with your suitcase of clothes and leave your worries behind! I would rent this place again and highly recommend it!

Great luxury accommodations, lots of space in kitchen, garage, rooms, driveway and lot. Pool table and resort-style (Hollywood and rock limited edition memorabilia) decor add to the sense of destination. Owner was instantly available and communicative and anticipated our stay and needs. Just great.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for some water fun and relaxation. The house was well equipped and very spacious for all of us. There is plenty of parking and we loved having a dock for our boat. We really enjoyed our stay!

This home is beautiful, and has all the space you need. 2nd time staying here and it has not disappointed. The private launch ramp is a huge bonus. Worth every penny!

Beautiful river house

House was perfect for our Fathers Day get away with family. Lots and lots of room all around and everyone definitely enjoyed the pool table once we were off the water. Plenty of parking, ramp and dock are super closer and easy to use. We even had a few wildlife visitors in the early morning coming to drink from the cove. Would love to rent again!

River trip

The house and neighborhood were nice. The dock and launch were also nice. A lot of donkey droppings which was expected and now a big deal. The house wasn’t the cleanest but wasnt too terrible. The ladder on the dock could definitely use a good cleaning.

Glad You enjoyed the property. Sorry that the Natural environment of river algae and donkey droppings was a disappointment costing me two stars on your review. I will certainly take a brush to the dock ladder and leave it handy in the garage so it will be available for others that have similarly high standards will be able to help themselves to giving the ladder a brush when needed. Family weekend

Brought out my husband’s family for a river weekend! There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone! A really huge comfy couch for all to watch movies that was provided by the owner via Netflix! What a nice bonus! Would definitely stay there again! Thanks!
