As an end condo, West 1501 offers travertine tile throughout and an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, decorative backsplash, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, a tiled walk-in shower with a bench seat, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Great location

The property is right on the beach with the option to rent beach chairs & umbrella. The condo is beautiful & very roomy. It would be nice if there would be the basic things like salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.Would highly recommend staying at this location

Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful resort, very clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. The amazing view from the balcony of the ocean is breathtaking!

Destin condo

The condo was spacious. Each room very comfortable except for the one twin bed. My MIL was unable to even sleep in it. Needs updating but very clean and well appointed.

Perfection!

This property was as pictured and described. I was visiting with my family and the balcony was great for all of us to enjoy the view. The beach here is great, not many shells under your feet, lots of clear, shallow water.

wonderful stay

The room is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing. we will definitely stay there again. The only problem I had was with the chair rentals the guy that rents the chairs was very very very rude. We did try to rent in advance and kept getting the run around

Loved the condo

We found the property to be very hospitable. All the beds were comfortable. I wish we had known the balconies in two of the rooms didn't face the beach, but that was livable. Appliances, dishes, stemware, cookware, was more than adequate (unusual to have all I needed).

Wonderful Condo

Silver Beach Tower 1501W was amazing! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the view from the master was breathtaking! The master has a beach front view, while the other rooms had their own balcony and view of the strip. The only issue we had was the fridge wasn't cooling properly, but we did reach out to the owners and someone came to look at it but said they wouldn't be able to repair before we left. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again and recommend others too as well.

The perfect getaway.

This was a family vacation that included two adults and two teens. The condo we were in was perfect. I'm so grateful the owners made it avaliable. We had the best view of the gulf, perfect way to start the day with some coffee and end the day relaxing with some drinks. There was also a balcony on the north that the kids would sit out on. Everything listed was avaliable, i did make the error thinking it said workout facility was on site when actually they partner with a gym about 10 minutes away for a discounted daily fee. We did utilize it and the gym was well equipped and clean, it was worth the fee. Only other slight complaint was with a large party who let their kids run free playing football in the pool, i didn't really care until i saw two little kids get hit by the same kids and no one ever acknowledged it or apologized to the party. Other than that the pool was clean, and the beach was fantastic. Attendants were friendly and we were able to get chairs day if but that was also midweek. We were able to take a walk to an ice cream place down the street which was a nice break. Only about 10 minutes away from the downtown area depending on traffic. This place was definitely worth it.

Property has a fabulous view. It couldn’t be better. There were a few concerns with the property such as poor wifi connection, poor tv streaming, no patio table for outside dining. We had a wonderful week in spite of this. The check-in and check-out process was so easy and pleasant.

Awesome view

This was a very spacious unit. There were only 3 of us, so we had ample room to stretch out. Elevator close to room and even though we were on the 15th floor, there was NEVER a wait. The assigned parking space is right next to the elevator. This is an end unit so you get a great view and larger balcony. You are walking distance to a few shops, liquor and beach shops, Also the Merlins pizza place has amazing pizza!!! Not far from Ruth Chris steak house as well, our annual indulgence!! We cooked in the unit twice, Cookware was abundant lots of flatware and dishes and glassware too. Remember to bring salt, pepper, butter sugar, coffee filters...basic necessities. I’m assuming for cleanliness reasons (Covid-19) they dispose of any left items. They handled the beach set up perfectly! You felt spaced out from others. I would definitely stay here again! It is in the heart of Destin!!
