Step back into time as you relax in a spacious 3,000sq ft newly updated 1930s Gulf Coast beach cottage, located in the highly desirable Belle Vista neighborhood! While you reminisce what old Florida beach life must have been like, enjoy all of the modern amenities like brand new impact-resistant windows with fresh air screens, privacy fencing and lockable gates, multiple large screen smart TVs and brand-new top of the line appliances (induction cooktop, convection oven and new Cuisinart stainless cookware!). The salt-kissed air and tropical breezes are a constant reminder that you are little more than a 1 block walk to the most beautiful sunsets on the sea shell-laced white sandy beaches and azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

Experience beach life as a true local, as you are nestled in a tranquil, quaint friendly beach neighborhood. The very best restaurants, beach bars, coffee shops, vintage putt-putt golf, Publix supermarket, gift-shopping and tropically-landscaped parks are conveniently just steps away! The long, galley kitchen is complete with brand new state of the art appliances (induction cooktop and convection oven) and cookware/dishware, provides the perfect backdrop for preparing your very own gourmet meals! Fun awaits in the arcade/gameroom (complete with foosball, mini-billiards, dartboard and Pac-Mac arcade game!) that is also complete with a craft cocktail wet bar and wine/beverage fridge. A fitness gym is also included (Peleton-type bike, free weights and yoga/crossfit gear)!

The detail continues outside with 100-year old an antique brick paved outdoor sitting area with an outdoor kitchen and Kitchen Aid BBQ grill, solo wood-burning bonfire firepit, brand new all-weather furniture - complete with a large shade umbrella and party string lighting. Included free are bikes, kayaks mini putt-putt golf green and beach gear.

The 4/3 cottage includes plenty of room (more than 3,000 sq ft!) to accommodate extra guests or family members. Also, a boat dock slip is just steps from the cottage and may be reserved (depending upon availability) for an extra fee.

The property is well-maintained and comfortable. The owner lives a block away and was always quick to respond to any issues. The beach is only a few blocks away, as are grocery stores and restaurants.

Great location with amazing hosts always available for any needs! Short walk to beach, wagon to help carry items was a great help. Lots of family visited with no space issues and all enjoyed! Beautiful beach cottage

The Belle Vista Cottage is truly a home away from home. The property is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The cottage is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Terrific attention to detail

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two months here. The owner, Don, is meticulous about every detail which makes an extended stay away from home a pleasure rather than "making do". The place is very spacious which made having visitors very easy. Good luck trying to find something you need but can't find here.... including a gym! This is on our repeat list. Thanks for a great stay Don and Larissa.

Charming, Comfortable, and Relaxing Palm Cottage

We loved our stay in this charming bungalow in a quiet neighborhood an easy walk from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Don was putting the finishing touches on new furnishings in mid-century style as we arrived. The new beds and linens were very comfortable. We especially loved the family room with windows on 3 sides looking out on the secluded brick patio. We had everything that we needed, and Don responded instantly to our few requests. Our dog loved the large fenced yard, and the neighbors were very nice. I highly recommend Palm Cottage as a delightful place to stay.

Fabulous FL

Enjoyed staying in this lovely old style FL home. It reminded me of my childhood growing up in the state. The house was comfortable, updated and in a great convenient neighborhood. Two of my fave places, Publix and Chick-fil-A were 1/2 mile walk away. The property manager lived nearby and was very accommodating. A number of restaurants and the beach were also in easy walking distance.

beautiful house that is close to the beach

This place is close to the beach, very clean, very nice and quaint. The landlord is very easy to work with and is very accommodating. The way the place makes you feel is worth way more than the cost associated with the rent that you pay. My wife and I plan to stay here whenever we get the chance, we have the best times while being at "our little getaway"!!

Winter Escape

We enjoyed our six month stay at Queen Palm Cottage. Don and is wife, Larissa made us feel very much at home providing everything we needed including recommendations for entertainment and restaurants. The cottage was charming with a nice layout and very clean. We especially liked the brick patio with mature palms and exotic trees and plants. Our two dogs loved being outside in the large fenced yard. Our teenager thought it was great to be able to skateboard to the beach and to the 24 hour drugstore, and I loved being so close to stores and banks..... not spending so much time in the car running errands was a real plus. The quiet neighborhood within a short walk to the beach and surrounded by the bay was so perfect we unexpectedly purchased a home down the street from the cottage. There were no surprises as property description was accurate We recommend Queen Palm Cottage to our visiting friends and family.

The perfect tropical getaway!

Queen Palm Cottage provides very peaceful, clean, and pleasant accommodations, with all of the comforts & conveniences of home. A slice of Paradise

In our upside world of renovation and relocation, we found a slice of Paradise in our own backyard. We live in St. Pete but needed somewhere to stay while our home was under renovation. We found it......The home is unique, located in a beautiful Florida neighborhood where everyone is friendly. The house itself provides with solitude, peacefulness and a sense of belonging. The activities are at your fingertips from days at the beach, to magnificent sunsets and one of the "Best Burgers" I have found in this town. If you are looking for a place that is minutes from all the vacation amenities you could ever want and then be able to walk right back to a secluded home that has all the privacy you could want the QUEEN PALM COTTAGE is for you. Leo and I will be back even though we live in St. Pete!!
