There are two primary bedrooms each with queen beds located downstairs (one with TV). Upstairs the children's room includes two bunk beds and across the hall, there is another bedroom with queen bed, twin sleeper sofa and with attached full bath.

With a number of homes in our portfolio located within an easy walk of one another, this is the perfect place for a multi-family getaway.
In the summer, Dollar Point truly can't be beat. For those looking for adventure, hop on the bike path that exits the community and follow the Truckee River north, or visit Tahoe City, home to everything from home grown coffee shops to lakefront fine dining, all just minutes away.
In the winter, Dollar Point offers central access to almost all of North Lake Tahoe's premier ski areas. Palisades Tahoe (formally known as Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows), Northstar, and Homewood are all just a 20 minute drive from your Dollar Point home.
POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Max Occupancy 10 Adults. One additional child (under 16) allowed.
2. Parking for 5 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Dollar Point amenities (including swimming pool, beach, and tennis courts) are not available to renters.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
“Administrative Fee” aka Tahoe Getaways Worry Free Guarantee – this fee offers our guests the flexibility to reschedule their stay (as many as 60 days out), right up until the date before arrival!! Restrictions Apply. See our Rental Agreement for further details.
"PET RULES" We welcome well-behaved dogs over 18 months of age at this home, as long as we have been informed about your dog(s) prior to your arrival and an additional, one time, non-refundable $30/night pet fee has been paid for each dog (2 dogs Max)
