Nice earthy tones give it a lot of pizazz. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout.
Upstairs, in the living room, large chocolate brown leather couches, big overstuffed chairs, wall-mounted flat screen TV above wood-burning fireplace. Card table and sitting area off living room. Full bath off living area. Master bedroom with King, TV/DVD, and full bath with six foot bathtub.
Nice filtered lake view from the deck with lounge chairs, table and new gas BBQ (summer only), great for sipping your coffee or tea in the morning sun, or relaxing while watching the alpenglow after skiing all day. Walk through to kitchen and dining area. Dining table seats 10 and offers pleasant filtered lake views.
All bedrooms except the master are downstairs. Three rooms each with 1 Queen bed and built in closets with dressers. Large modern bathroom with double sink vanity, separate toilet and laundry adjacent to downstairs bedrooms.
Plenty of open parking, plus 1 car garage.

- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Parking is limited to 4 spaces, and street parking is prohibited year-round.
