This is a great little place to stay.... clean, quiet and in a great location in Lakewood. Very convenient to restaurants, trails, shopping, coffee, etc. I stayed here by myself for a week and it was a perfect spot for me.

My husband and me were in town for some red rocks concerts. It was super easy to get to and from the venue including going to surrounding towns like Denver and Golden. I would suggest getting a rental car if you are flying in and out. This place was great for 2 people and the host was super nice and accommodating.

Perfect getaway for couples

Quite place in a great location. Near Belmar and easy access to the mountains. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, even storage containers for leftovers!

Great Stay.

This is a Studio but doesn't feel small. Everything we needed and comfortable too. We were there on a very hot week and worried about it not having central a/c but a portable a/c more than adequately cooled the Unit. We would stay again.
