About this property

Spacious, comfortable and very clean house - 17 mins to the ♥️ of Denver

This unit is in the lower level of our house, which access is completely separated from our unit upstairs. We are very quiet people and the neighborhood we live in is just as quiet.

Access to the unit is in the rear of our house. Upon entry, you’re met with a 4’x7’ landing with stairs leading down to the unit. The dining area is ahead as you land, to the right is the living room, to the left is our brand new kitchen complete with everything you need and extras (complete set of Calphalon tri ply stainless steel cookware, Keurig K-mini plus coffee maker with reusable pod, Kitchenaid stand mixer, Breville Super Q blender with personal cup, Cuisinart immersion blender, Cuisinart toaster, microwave, table service for 6. Immediately to the right of the stairs is the first bedroom with a queen size bed, large closet and access to the bathroom. Down the hallway from the kitchen is the laundry room, then the second bedroom with a queen size bed and ample closet space. At the end of the hallway is the second door to the bathroom adjoined to the first bedroom. The unit is 1,500 sq. ft and we hope you’ll find it’s home away from home.

A note on pets: my husband and I have severe allergies to pet dander and since our HVAC system is connected, we do not allow pets. Thank you for your understanding.

Tournament travel

This was an incredible property, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family traveling for a kids tournament. Great park in walking distance as well. Owner was extremely responsive and overall a great experience.

Lots of space in this garden apartment. Large windows, large bathroom, beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Easy check in and check out. Convenient to stores and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again.

Holiday Get Away

Spacious and beautiful home with a great kitchen and really comfy beds in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood. (Crown Hill park is one block away, a nice restaurant, brewery, and ice cream shop just two blocks away, short drives to Arvada and Golden.) Our host responded quickly and, in general, was terrific. We plan to make this spot our home away from home when visiting family and friends in Colorado.

Great house near my daughter’s house!

This house was clean, nice, great stock of equipment in the kitchen. It was very comfortable for my son, daughter in law, husband and I. Good books and some puzzles too.

Great location in Wheat Ridge!

The basement apartment was fabulous. Ample driveway parking along the side of the house, lots of motion activated security lights leading the way to the basement door at night. Hoang was super responsive to all of my questions. There’s a reusable keurig coffee pod which we found very used since we bring our own ground coffee with us. Eveuthing was very clean and well decorated. Even though we didn’t cook much there seemed to be lots of kitchen supplies available for use. Only concern would be for any person who had trouble maneuvering steps and luggage since it’s a basement apartment. Hoang also had supplied the apartment with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and Pantene hair products which was incredibly helpful!! We were staying there for a wedding weekend for several events planned in Golden and it was not far. Great place.

Colorado Stay

We had a quick weekend to visit my sister. The vrbo was close to her house, very convenient for us. We had 5 people, probably will not have all 5 of us stay at the vrbo. Good for 4.
