Wake up to panoramic Lake Erie views and spend your days on your own private beach at Lake Haven. This newly renovated 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath lakefront home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is the perfect setting for family vacations, wine country weekends and friends' fishing getaways.

Located in Ohio's Wine Country, you're just minutes from Geneva on the Lake, local wineries, Geneva State Park & downtown Madison. During winter, you're just a short drive from both Alpine Valley and Big Creek Ski Resorts.

The home has an updated kitchen, a large two-tier deck overlooking the water with a firepit & grill—perfect for morning coffee, sunset dinners, and everything in between. It also has a cozy fireplace in the main living room for the cooler months.

Inside you'll find:
• 5 bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests (1 king, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 4 full). All bedrooms on second floor.
• 2.5 bathrooms, including a primary suite with a relaxing jetted soaking tub
• Fully renovated kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Dishwasher & laundry room too. Towels and linens provided.
• Multiple comfortable living spaces, one upstairs one  down, both with stunning lake views

Stayed for several days around New Year’s with a group of family and friends. Warm and cozy home kept us safe from the snowfall coming down and provided beautiful views of the lake! Communication with host was excellent, even went out of their way to help us to successfully operate the hot tub (which was great in the chilly weather) on a holiday. Walking distance to a handful of restaurants and the Vincent William Winery in North Madison. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

This was my third year staying at this property, and it never disappoints. The house was very clean upon arrival. The view is spectacular and the house is located in a good neighborhood near William Vincent Winery. The washer/dryer were new from last year. The house is charming. My only suggestion would be to put a queen-sized bed in the room with the closet in the event of two couples staying. As always, leaving was difficult!

Very enjoyable stay by the lake!

We were very happy with the house. It is situated right on the lake and we enjoyed waking up and looking out at the lake everyday. The house we clean and just as described. The hot tub was a nice touch as well. Definitely recommend this for a stay!

Thanksgiving Fun!

We love staying here for Thanksgiving. It is a great getaway for our family as its just two hours away which allows some of us to come for the whole week and others for the long weekend. The well equipped kitchen makes holiday meal prep easy and the house is lovely any time of year. We look forward to spending more memory-making vacations in this great house.

FHSU Wrestling Loved It

This place was perfect for our collegiate wrestling team while we were in town for th U23 National Championships! Nothing could be coming back to the views and the hot tub/cold lake contrast after a long day of competition! The proximity to good restaurants was a plus for us coaches as well! We highly recommend this location!

We bought this property out of our own love for the lake. For us, being by the water is so tranquil and having this property allows us to share the beauty of Lake Erie with others! We live locally, allowing us to support our guests however they need during their stay as well as provide them with personal recommendations.

Why they chose this property

The pictures of the sunset give you a small taste of the peace this property provides. It's a quiet neighborhood, great for couples, friends or family. Aside from the lake views you get from nearly every window, the homes proximity to multiple restaurants and one of the areas nicest winery are a true highlight of our home. Just a 3 minute walk and you can grab ice cream, tacos, a casual pizza or a glass of wine at Vincent William Winery.

What makes this property unique

You won't find a sunset like this many other places. even on a stormy night, from minute to the next you're met with a different beautiful painting in the sky, each more vibrant than the next. It's something that has to be seen.
