Luxury Linked Villa in Praia da Luz /Lagos

This lovely villa is situated in a small luxury development of private villas in Praia da Luz with a shared pool and small children's pool Please always phone for discounted offers out of season
. There are security gates and private parking areas. The villa has four sunbathing terraces with the roof terrace providing 360 degree views of the pool, sea and countryside. The main terrace area is very large with sunchairs and dining table with a few steps down to the pool There are 3 large bedrooms, one ensuite.
Facilities include TV/ DVD in the lounge. Cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine all provided. Also Free Wifi available
Air conditioning and heating in the winter months {log fire}.
Beach and restaurants are only 5 minutes walk from the villa. Lagos with its busy marina, cobbled streets with
shops and international restaurants is only a 5 minute drive away.
Golf. There are 3 golf courses nearby.
Travel. Faro airport is approx 50min drive. Details on Car Hire or Taxis can be provided.


Golf clubs nearby: Praia da Luz is 15 minutes from Parque da Floresta Golf club, 5 minutes from Boavista Golf Club and 15 minutes

Holiday in Praia da Luz

Lovely house in a great location. The beach is absolutely beautiful and everything is close by. Good bars and restaurants with lots of variety. Just one point: take euros if you plan on leaving tips. I would recommend this house. It had everything we needed and Diane responded quickly when I had to contact her.

Not often that places exceed your expectations!

Usually you get to a vacation rental and you have this niggling feeling that everything was not quite as good as the property’s profile made it look. This was completely the opposite. The pictures do nit do the place justice. It is extremely well maintained and modern, spacious, well appointed, and clean! Maybe having glass on all surfaces isn’t the smartest choice for a vacation rental but it felt airy and nice. Very nice kitchen, AC in the master and the living room, the only letdown was the internet speed. Otherwise a wholehearted endorsement of this place! Everyone of all ages loved it!

What a great villa and great vacation!

The Villa was outstanding and met all our expectations and in some cases exceeded. The unit was clean and well kept. The kitchen looked like new and the living room appeared to be newly furnished with a nice leather sofa and love seat The pool and terraces were great and excellent for jumping in for a dip or to keep an eye on little people playing in both the large and small pools. The villa was close to the beach, close to shopping, restaurants and downtown (all within a 5-6 minute walk) and close to transportation to get to Lagos or Brugau. (Literally right outside the front door) We also met some great families around the pool who had children similar in age to ours making it all that much more enjoyable. We had a great time and the villa made it all that much more memorable. Many thanks to Diane for allowing us to stay in your lovely villa.

Wonderful

Location was perfect. Clean and well stocked. Furnishings were in good condition except the outdoor patio cushions which could be easily replaced. View of the mountain at sunset was absolutely lovely.

Amazing apartments

A super stay in an amazing apartment. Loved the small complex and the location was fantastic. We cannot fault the apartment, it was so spacious with a fantastic size balcony. We absolutely love Praia da Luz and will definitely be returning.

Spacious and homely apartment

Loads of room for all the guests. Comfortable living, and a lovely large terrace to relax on, together with a nice pool to dip in when it got too hot! The location is good too; easy parking, easy access to the road out of town, and a short walk to get down to the lovely beach and the restaurants there. We had a lovely stay, thank you!

2007 to 2012 We have used this spacious town house for the past 6 years. With its 3 Bedrooms, Lounge, Separate Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms, Patio, Balconies and Roof Terrace it provides all the space and equipment required for a restful holiday. The small complex with shared pools suits both families with or without children and is within walking distance of supermarkets, beach and restaurants. We will continue to use this accommodation both this coming year and for future visits to the area and would strongly recommend it to others.

winter sun yet again

Having had excellent weather last year we decided to try another winter break in Praia da Luz.We were not disappointed apart from one showery day we had two weeks of wall to wall sunshine.We made full use of the huge south facing terrace for sunbathing and barbecuing. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable with 3 good sized double bedrooms,it is also very well equipped if you want to eat in. Position could not be better being a short walk to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. We also explored the surrounding area finding pleasant walks not too far away and enjoyed the spectacular scenery on the more rugged west coast. We did not take our golf clubs with us but checked out some of the local courses which looked great and were very quiet The weather was ideal for golf so perhaps next time we will try them out. Sunny winter break

Despairing of January at home a group of us booked the villa for three weeks of relaxation.We were not disappointed.The villa was very well equipped,clean and very spacious.The terrace was vast and a suntrap,we were able to have breakfast and lunch there in the warm sunshine.The villa is close to the main beach ,shops and restaurants.The weather can never be guaranteed but most of the days felt like warm summer days back in the U.K.We are looking forward to returning another year and avoiding the winter blues! Enjoyable Holiday in Luz

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in this spacious linked villa. The balcony provided an excellent area for dining and sunbathing and the location is such that the attractions of Luz are all within easy access. The property is clean, well equipped and well-maintained. We found the owner to be a pleasant and straight-forward person to deal with and the transaction and information exchange process progressed smoothly with very good communication from Diane throughout. Accordingly, we would recommend this property.
