5 Bedroom Beach Retreat w. Pool & Chef’s Kitchen - Steps from Private Beach


Faber Lane is a 5 bedroom home offering a bright and open floor plan. 100 steps off a private beach, it's the perfect home base for a family vacation at the Jersey Shore. We unfortunately do not offer our home for events, bachelorette/bachelor parties or large groups.

Our home just went through a significant renovation in Winter 2017. The brand new kitchen is a chef's dream; there is a 36" Wolf oven, farmhouse sink, and fully stocked with cooking appliances/utensils to whip up a delicious meal. Stock the beverage center with your favorite drinks and wines to relax after a long beach day!

The first floor features a Dining Room with table sitting 6, our kitchen/living room, 1 full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Our second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom which were all renovated this winter 2018.

Our large, fenced in backyard is ideal for summer evening BBQs and a reprieve from the beach. Featuring 6 chaise lounge chairs, an outdoor grill, and 2 outdoor tables there is plenty of room for your whole family! Shower off after a long day in our outdoor shower. Brand new bluestone patio and INGROUND POOL.

Faber Lane is fully equipped with wifi, a flatscreen 43 inch TV in living room and a SONOS system which can easily hook up to play your favorite music.

Neighborhood:
We are centrally located to all of the fun the shore offers. While our home is on a very quiet street, we are only a 15 minute drive from the Seaside Heights Boardwalk and Point Pleasant Boardwalk if you are looking for some energy! The house is also a short walk from the Barnegat Bay and a public park with a jungle gym which is perfect for fishing and crabbing.

Restaurants:
You might be interested in heading out to eat at some point during your stay. Faber Lane is a very short distance to plenty of restaurants and cafes. We are walking distance from Charlie's Farmers Market (serving breakfast/lunch, fresh produce to go and the best cheesecake at the shore!), Used to Be's (bar & restaurant), and Blu Sushi. Driving distance from Theresa's South (BYOB Italian), Charlie's of BayHead and BlueFin Station.

The location was perfect. Close to beach, all forms of shopping to make it convenient. Pool is a terrific bonus. House is well appointed. The clothes washing machine was a little temperamental. Needs to have a servicing. Loved the two weeks.

Great House and Location!

It is a very charming house located on the block with a private beach. Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the back patio and pool. Stephanie was very quick with responses to our questions. Highly recommend!

Great house at the beach!

This was an amazing stay. The house is exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. The owner is super communicative and responsive, and made everything easy. The house is in excellent shape and everything is high end. Everything you think you could need for a stay at the beach is there. The beach is private and not crowded. The pool is fantastic. Very nice back yard. Upgraded kitchen. Lots of room. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful home with private beach.

The house is beautiful. The immediate responses by the host to questions or issues was great. We just needed help with setting up the TV and making sure we used the right cleaner on the countertop. Otherwise all was In perfect condition. One situation I knew about in advance but turned out to be a particular concern. There is no railing to the pool. We were all seniors and really missed having that safety feature. Also would have appreciated grab bars in the shower. The queen bed is against the wall and not the most convenient. But otherwise, the beach was spectacular and the pool fabulous. The furniture and umbrellas on the patio were great for relaxing and sunning. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous properties. Would book again.

We had a wonderful time. The location was great and the house was as advertised. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house was well equipped to meet all of our needs. Just couple of minor things for feedback. There is only one TV and it is not HD. The bikes were not rideable due to flat tires. Otherwise a great experience.

Mantoloking beach house

We had the most wonderful time with our family in this beautiful Montoloking beach house. The home is clean, beautifully decorated and there is plenty of room for entertaining and sleeping for a large family. We had our children and grandchildren, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to the private beach, as well as our sunny afternoons by the pool. Stephanie is super easy to communicate with and everything was in perfect working order. Thanks for a fabulous stay - we plan to return next year!

Amazing Family Vacation

My family and I had the most amazing vacation staying in your home! My husband and I and our kids and grand babies loved everything...from the spacious, beautiful house, to the brand new pool and outdoor living space, to the gorgeous beach just right down the private road. We drove to the boardwalk. It took approximately 15 minutes to get there, which was awesome with little ones. Also, plenty of great restaurants. We definitely want to return to the Jersey Shore. Great beach property

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The house is beautiful, the style contemporary yet cozy and there is lots of light. The kitchen easily accommodates a larger group of people – we were nine. A few steps and one is at the beach which I did not expect to be that beautiful. Highly recommended.

Charming updated bungalow, access to private beach

Great house for a beach week with family. We stayed here last summer and liked it so much we decided to come back again. The private beach access and location are really nice. This year, we were impressed by all the updates on the first floor - the kitchen and bathroom renovations look great!

Perfect weekend vacation

This was the perfect beach house to come to with mom and us sisters and our kids! The private beach was steps away! Perfect with kids and we were there in September so later afternoon the tide would go out and the kids played for hours in the water! The house was great and she was so easy to work with! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your house! and we loved that the back yard was fenced in also great if you have kids along!

Memorial Day Weekend

I recently stayed in this house for five nights and everything about our stay in this house was perfect! We filled the house with plenty of people and there was enough space for everyone to fit comfortably, plenty of beds for everyone to sleep, and the backyard was perfect for BBQing and relaxing outside. Having the private beach only steps away was extremely convenient as well. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice comfortable stay at the Jersey Shore! It has all the amenities that you need for a perfect vacation. We cant wait to rent here again in the future!

Cozy Beach House

I rented this lovely home for a weekend because we had a wedding in the area. There were 10 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of room. The kitchen and living room are an open plan which is great for entertaining and just hanging out. It is steps away from a beautiful private beach. It's only a short drive to the Point Pleasant Boardwalk and Amusement Park. The perfect beach house!

Perfect!!!!!!

I rented this fantastic beach home for 8 days at the end of August for my family which consisted of 8 adults and 5 children under the age of 7. It was absolutely fantastic. Not once did we feel crowded. The parents especially loved the outdoor shower where they could shower the kids and get the beach sand off of them and then send them to the backyard out the other side to dry off! We loved this home so much that we wished it was ours! Thanks again for the memories Stephanie & Mat!

Perfect for Family Gathering!

Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend

I rented this home with a few friends for Memorial Day Weekend. The location is fantastic with beautiful homes in the area and is only a few houses down from a private beach. We very comfortably slept 10 people and the accommodations were quite nice. The yard and lot are also massive for a shore home and was great to have a little barbecue. I loved the classic shore décor and felt very at home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away for a bit.
