Fantastic location across the street from the beach and just 1 short block from the end of the boardwalk, you will be in close proximity to everything Point Pleasant Beach has to offer!

Ocean views, with an open-concept floorplan, 3 stories of living space and plenty of parking/storage underneath.

The 1st floor has a covered porch, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room with dining area, and wash/dryer.

The 2nd floor includes kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bath, luxurious master w/en suite bath, walk-in & Ocean views from master and spacious sun deck.

The 3rd floor includes 2 additional bedrooms and full bath.

Brand New Inground Heated Salt Water Pool available for 2024 Summer Season.

First Floor:

- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bunk Bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bunk Bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed

Second Floor:

- Bedroom 4: 1 King Bed

Third Floor:

- Bedroom 5: 1 Twin Bed with Twin Trundle (Can't come out due to placement) and 1 Queen Bed
- Bedroom 6: 1 Twin Bed with Twin Trundle and 1 Queen Bed

Basement:

- Newly added Game Room with foosball table, air hockey table, and arcades.

- 14 Jenkinson Beach Passes are also included.

Three generations and something for everyone!

Top shelf property. Heated pool and game room were key for a week of less than beach weather. Great walkable location and all three generations of family had a wonderful memorable stay in this gorgeous and immaculately clean home.

We had an amazing vacation! We had 4 families who shared the house, and with all the people we had, we never felt crowded. There was plenty of space and with 4 full bathrooms, every family was able to have their own bathroom! The house was very clean and was in a great location! We were able to walk to the beach, the boardwalk, to restaurants & shopping. Giovanni, our host, was amazing! Great communication before, during & after our stay. Extremely accommodating and personable. Highly recommend this vacation home!

Beautiful home, perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental. Our group was made up of three generations within a family, from kids to grandparents, and everyone was very comfortable and had a great time. Right across from the beach and only two blocks from the boardwalk - the location was ideal. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Spacious house in a charming location.

We enjoyed renting here and plan on returning in the future. Close walking proximity to the beach , boardwalk , and more. A lot of restaurants and shopping options with 5-15 minute driving distance. Excellent communication from the host. Perfect beach getaway and for hosting large families.
