A functional 4 bedroom 3 bath townhome with two king size beds and close to the club house in a 24/7 gated vacation resort.



The Space:

The Villa at Seven Dwarfs is a gated resort community featuring: Clubhouse with games room, arcade, fitness center and hot tub. The community pool overlooks a private lake.



For entertainment and snacks there is a Tiki Bar. Other features include a playground and kids water features, sports courts and a lake.



The townhome is located around the corner from the clubhouse and resort amenities.



On the ground level you will find a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the dining and living room area as well as an ensuite master bedroom.

We supply bed linen, towels and a starter kit to our guests. The starter kit consists of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag, one tab for the washing machine and one for the dishwasher as well as some shampoo and soap.



PARKING: No commercial vehicles, no trailers, boats, RV's allowed in the resort

Overall great experience even with unforeseeable issues. Totally recommend for families with kids. Host was communicative and accommodating when AC unit issues arrose with the property. The community pool was shutdown during our stay, which we learned only when arriving at the property. Not a huge deal but would be nice to know in advance.

It says in our ad that the resort pool will be closed in October so it shouldn't come as a surprise to our guests who booked their stay after our announcement about the pool being closed.

The property was great. The location was easy for us to go to Disney, Universal Studios and a Magics game. I love how quiet and peaceful it was. The house setup was great. It was nice to be able to separate ourselves from each other for downtime.

My family of 4 and my parents stayed for two weeks in June. The location was great, check in was easy, and communication with Mark was great. The inside of the home is smaller than I expected, but decent. The real problem was cleanliness. It could use a good cleaning and the bathroom at the top of the stairs does not drain well. Getting over that, it was a pretty good place to stay. Loved walking around the complex and the pool area was fun.
