Stay and relax in our spacious townhouse close to Disney, Universal and Sea World. We are located in Terra Verde, a highly ranked, gated, vacation community. According to a guest, our villa is one of the best in Terra Verde (check out the reviews). Our villa has wifi and free US phone. There is digital cable TV in all three bedrooms, a smart TV with lots of options and a blu-ray player in the living room. Our townhouse is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen and lots of linens. Our villa is well maintained and has a new AC unit and hot tub. Kid friendly: playpen/crib, booster seat high chair, umbrella stroller, baby gate for stairs, outlet protectors; and noodles for bigger kids and the pool..

Relax on the patio by the BBQ or sit in the heated hot tub. Terra Verde is surrounded by nature reserve. You can take a pleasant stroll around the pond where herons and ducks feed, or you can try your luck with rod and reel.

Walt Disney World (15 minutes), Celebration (14 minutes) and Universal (30 minutes) are close by or you can take a pleasant day trip to Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Legoland, the everglades, various parks or Cocoa beach. Terra Verde is about 5 minutes to a WalMart super center and many other shops and restaurants.

We have two properties in the same community for those vacationers requiring more space, but still wanting separate family homes. We take pride in our properties, improvements include a new hot tub in 2018. There is added insulation and window screening to make the house cooler and more eco-friendly.

Our property manager is fantastic and has an on site office at the Clubhouse.

Please note there is a $20 per vehicle one time fee for a gate pass.

Perfect!!!!!

Home was clean & very spacious. The view was amazing! The resort was family oriented & fun! Lots to do! Location was great...out of the noisy touristy area!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to vacation!

The condo was immaculately clean, nicely furnished and provided everything we needed. The pool was a short walk out the back door. Everyone at the resort was helpful and friendly. The damage deposit was returned quickly following our stay. Would love to stay there again! The Healy's

Great Villa!

Great stay!

Comfortable Place to Stay

Condo review

Nice older condo that could use some upgrades. Neighbors around the pond are inconsiderate by playing music very loud everyday. No answer when calling in a noise complaint. Owners are very responsive.

This home was very clean and welcoming with our arrival. We came down right before the large ice storm came through the whole east coast and the owners even offered us early entry once communicating we may arrive early now with the extreme weather case. The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any message/call. We noticed a few things in the home, and let them know as we entered and checked the home out before "moving in". They offered to fix the mentioned few but we passed, as we didn't mind and they said they would address them after our check out! The hot tub had a slow leak so sadly we didn't use it as much as we would have liked and hoped, but they again were going to have a maintenance person fix that at check out. We did take the short walk a couple times around the pond to the community pool and hot tub. I will say, with the extreme cold front for FL, they don't continue to "heat" the large pool. The hot tub was nice and the bar was still open around the pool. The grounds were clean and quiet. The staff at the community building were very helpful and friendly. They have mailboxes on site to mail your post cards. The gate card is easy to get and return. The home is also in a great location for your Disney vacation (maybe 20 min) Universal (maybe 28-30) and We took an hour drive to the coast for The Kennedy Space Center. All very direct and easy travels. Walmart is right down the road and Door Dash was a huge help after LONG park days.

Pleasant Stay

Enjoyed our stay, as always Terra Verde staff are outstanding. Nice short walk to the clubhouse. Pool was not heated for the first 2 days (was an ongoing issue since January), but was resolved when we were there. Great afterwards!

The property is really nice and comfortable. It is at least a 20 min drive to get to any of the parks, but it was well worth the drive to come back to a private hot tub!! I felt very safe in the resort, I would definitely stay here again.

I am a semi-retired veterinarian and University professor, my wife works in medical imagining. We have 4 children and 2 grand children who love their Florida vacations. We purchased a house in Florida for winter breaks and to share with guests from the USA and around the World.

Why they chose this property

Our house is close to the major theme parks. It is set in a relaxing gated resort community. We love having the freedom to chose between Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Legoland, or even a trip to Cape Canaveral one day and being able to chill out by the pool the next. You can choose between dining out, having a meal in your townhouse or a BBQ beside the pond. We love having the extra space that is not readily available in a hotel. We chose this property after looking at a lot in the Kissimmee area because Terra Verde is an exceptionally nice (top rated) gated community and the Mediterranean style houses are well built.

What makes this property unique

The back patio with view of the pond is secluded and peaceful. You can chill out with a drink, relax in the hot tub, grill your own steak on the barbecue, or simply relax with a book. Alternatively the large screen TV and sound system are great.
