About this property

Charming Duplex Steps Away from the Beach

Welcome to 108 New Orleans St a 2 story duplex (side A and side B) located 2 blocks from the beach and close to the Starboard. The 2 units have a separate entrance and are rented as one unit. Both units have kitchens, 2 upstairs bedrooms, and 1 full bath. One of the best perks of the property is the large outdoor space with a grill, seating, and room for games. A perfect way to relax with family and friends.

Side A
The larger of the 2 units. The first floor is an open floor plan with a living room and kitchen. The full bathroom is located off of the LR. A spiral staircase takes you to the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 double beds in an open area and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins.

Side B
Is the smaller of the 2 units. Upon entering the front door you will be in the lower level with an efficiency kitchen and full bathroom. The stairs will lead you to the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom is an open area with 1 double and 1 twin bed.

To help keep our rental rates reasonable we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels. A sheet rental number will be provided with our check in details.

The yard of the duplex with grill is spacious and a well loved area for outdoor games and relaxing with family and friends. There's plenty of seating to enjoy a picnic lunch or drinks after a long day at the beach.

Great Family Vacation!!

The house was perfect! Myself, husband and two younger kids stayed on one side and the older kids on the other side. We had plenty of family time but everyone had their own space too, it was perfect.

Great house for dogs and kids

We had a great week. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I was worried about the noise level from the bars on the street and street noise but it was quiet. My son and DIL’s dog and 2 small kids enjoyed the yard.

Fun near the beach

This property was super for us - near the beach, the restaurants and stores and where other family and friends were staying. The smaller side is really a place to sleep and maybe make coffee. With no table or chairs in the kitchen, it worked if the weather was good enough to be outside where there was plenty of seating and tables. Easy for the people staying there to come to the larger side.

The perfect place to be at the center of it all

Everything about this house was PERFECT for our family. The fact that the teenagers could have their own space while also keeping the baby close in sight made this house the ideal place for us to stay. The units were clean! An outdoor shower was available and used a lot. There are umbrellas and chairs and beach toys available. The beach is right across the street! Food and beverages were 2 buildings down! The family in the front house is the sweetest family. We wish we got to know them more. For our first visit to Dewey beach this was a stellar vacation with a beautiful beach and the perfect location. The kids already told me that we will absolutely be staying here again next year. Thank you again for letting my family make beautiful memories at your location! Thank you for sharing your house with us!!!

We had a great stay!

Was a great location!!! We enjoyed it very much!! Had everything we needed. The two separate sides were perfect for our family. Only complaint was that there was no washer & dryer, would’ve saved us a lot of money to not have to buy fresh towels when we ran out or having to pack extra clothes and stuff. Also, a detachable shower head would be good for getting all the sand out of everywhere lol. But overall was a great choice!!!!

Was a peaceful, wonderful few days away. Very close to the beach and restaurants. The stairs were tough for me. My only problem. Otherwise a wonderful place to relax and close to everything

Dewey beach vacation

This was a great location, quick walk to the beach, restaurants, playground and more! The hosts were phenomenal - very friendly and helpful. It was great having two separate units for our daughter and husband. We kept the baby and puppy on our side. Great time at the beach with the dog in the morning and early evening. The circular staircase up to the bedroom area was a bit scary but we managed it just fine.

Great Location - Had a nice stay!

We stayed at this duplex with 3 other couples. The location is excellent - walking distance to everyplace just a short walk to the beach. There is a great area outside of the home to sit out - plenty of seating. Kathy and Jeff were excellent hosts. When we were at the house, we did spend the majority of our time either outside or on the larger side of the duplex, as there was no sitting area on the smaller side. We didn't use the kitchen on the smaller side either, but the kitchen on the larger side was more than sufficient for our needs.
