The first floor has an open floor plan concept that is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the company of those you are vacationing with. The powder room on the first floor is ideal when children are sleeping upstairs and just plain convenient. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and it's own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms include queen beds, the rooms are smaller in size, but all one needs for a stay at the beach. This is a non-smoking home. You have a private front and rear entrance. No elevator or lobby for those who have concerns about social distancing.
This home is pet friendly with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Only dogs are permitted, dog(s) must be under 25lbs and no more than 2 dogs per stay. Breed restrictions apply, dangerous breeds are prohibited.

Property does have assigned off-street parking for 2 vehicles.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $158.50.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager.
