You will enjoy Royal Crest's many amenities including a large, in-ground, professionally-maintained pool with child area, gas grills, pool bathroom, outside shower, elevator and reserved, off-street parking for your two cars.

With this immaculate, fully-equipped unit you'll get 3 bedrooms (Master BR=King; BR 2=Queen; BR3=two twin-sized beds), 2.5 baths, kitchen and dining area, spacious living room w/ slider to your private, large, ocean-facing balcony with seating for 6, and breathtaking, unobstructed direct ocean/beach views. 60-inch 4K High Def flat-screen Smart TV with digital Hi-Def cable and Blu-ray player, RokuTV, secured high-speed free WiFi internet access, and Bose Wave AM/FM/CD stereo are also supplied.
You also get additional features that include in-unit full-capacity side-by-side washer and dryer (not those tiny stacked units), central heat and air conditioning, hardwood floors in kitchen/living areas, Full-size sleep-sofa in living room, 9-ft ceilings, ceiling fan and TV in all bedrooms (55" flat-screen TV and DVD player in Master BR, wall mounted flat-screen in BR #2 and #3), over-sized Main Bathroom that is wheelchair accessible, large entry foyer, walk-in closet in Master Bedroom, and Master Bath with double vanity.
You get to enjoy a fully-equipped, over-sized kitchen with Granite counter tops, a stainless steel double sink, stainless steel gas range, stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel microwave, stainless steel dishwasher, pantry, and drop-down lighting over kitchen island. Ninja 12-cup Coffee-maker, blender, and 4-slice toaster are also provided. You get seating for 8 at dining room table, 3 at kitchen island, and 3 more at a high-top table. Plenty of cookware, utensils, silverware, dishware, and glasses are provided.
Your Master bedroom has sliding door and the other two bedrooms have fully operable double-hung windows to allow lots of natural light and fresh ocean air if you desire.

We replaced all the mattresses recently to make sure you get a comfortable night's sleep. We are always upgrading the unit to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

We rent to families or groups of mature adults (over 25 years of age). Families with children are always welcome. To keep the unit in good shape for our renters, we don't do "High-School Senior Week" or "Prom" rentals. Keep your pets at home please as they are not permitted by the condo association. For your health and our other guests' comfort, smoking is not permitted in the unit (on the balcony is OK).

I have been renting this unit since 2012; book with me with confidence. Most of my tenants are yearly repeat guests. For 2025, only two of the 15 weeks are not occupied by repeat tenants. I think my high repeat rate speaks volumes about the quality and value my guests receive. I can give you references if desired.

I know what you value on vacation, and I work hard to deliver it for my guests:
- Cleanliness: the unit is professionally and thoroughly cleaned before each tenant's arrival, so you can relax upon check-in.
- Location and Convenience: walk across the public park to the beach entrance using the supplied beach cart and reclining beach chairs.
- Comfortable: High-quality furnishings and bedding make sure you feel good, allowing you to fully enjoy your vacation.

A ground-level storage closet gives you a secure place for your bikes and your extra beach gear.

In-Season Rentals are for full weeks only, from Saturday to Saturday. Partial weeks or long weekends are not available until after Labor day.

Note that the pool is not open before Memorial Day weekend and is closed in late-September.

Million $ View! Lovely Property in Fantastic Spot

The condo is very large, clean and comfortable. Location is the best, and this is the nicest unit I've encountered in Wildwood Crest. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, platters, bowls, dishes, silverware, and various cups and glasses. Sitting on the porch and watching the waves roll in is so-ooo relaxing. Pool is nice, and not too crowded. TV and Internet are first rate. I hope to rent again!.

We had a splendid time in Wildwood Crest NJ. The condo was beautiful and was well stocked. The owner really thought of everything. We definitely recommend this property and are considering coming back again next year. There was a park right across the street for my grand niece and beyond the beautiful beach. Lots to do but away enough from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk and crowds. Totally relaxing vacation and well worth the money. Thank you for opening your property up for rent. Everyone, including my 94 y/o dad and 84 y/o mother had a super time. AA+ rated rental.

Beautiful location!

The property was just as described! Wonderful location with a fenced in playground across from the condo along with a splash pad and a bike rental shop. Area was quiet, clean, and friendly. Frank was quick and easy to communicate with. Only issue was the elevator was not working when we were there which made it difficult with all the stuff we brought and older people with knee issues having to climb the stairs. We made Frank aware of this and he communicated the elevator issue with the condo association. Although it did not get fixed while we were there, Frank did let us know that the issue was being worked on. Highly recommend this condo. Looking forward to staying there again next summer!!!

Fantastic Unit, Awesome View, Great Location

The description was very accurate, and the owner was very good to work with. He answered all our questions and was kind enough to leave us a thank-you card and gift in the unit for our arrival. The unit was very clean and spacious. Our whole party agreed that this was the nicest unit we have ever rented in Wildwood Crest over our 15 or so years. The pool area was very nice with plenty of seating. The beach is only a few steps away, and surfing is permitted one block to the south for the older kids in our group. The owner provided boogie boards, a beach cart, beach umbrella, and 4 reclining beach chairs in the private locked ground-floor storage room, and it also had room for our three bikes. Kitchen was fully outfitted with lots of cookware, utensils, bowls, dishes, etc. Tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. were provided in the unit; we just replaced what we used. Both bathroom showers had nice quality hand showers, making it easy to rinse off the little kids when getting them their baths. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone, but the condo and location is geared for those with younger children.

Great Place to Stay

The property, is clean and spacious with a terrific view of the ocean. With the beach, park, and splash park across the street it was absolutely perfect with the kids. It is close enough to boardwalk to ride bikes in the morning and far enough that the evenings are nice and quiet. For us this worked out perfectly!

Wonderful Vacation

The area was great and the condo was even better. There was a note there from Frank the owner, thanking us for renting his place and we really appreciated it his comments. Our grandkids really enjoyed the park directly across the street and the splash pad immediately behind it. The ocean was very accessible and there were plenty of chairs, boogie boards and accessories to take to the beach already there at the condo. The condo was great with 3 bedrooms that accommodated both my wife, my son and his wife and our two grandkids. My wife has a disability and is in a wheelchair. The bathroom doors were wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair and directly across the street was the lifeguard station that had free handicap wheelchairs to use on the beach during our visit. We had a great week and would like to come back next year, same time, same place. Thanks Frank!

Beautiful Condo…Excellent location

The owner (Frank) was great to work with. He responded quickly to emails. Called to tell me about the location, where to find things to do, when/where not to shop, etc. he gave us a list of good restaurants. The condo is exactly as pictured. Very clean. The kitchenware was wonderful. We cooked every night, and we always had the cookware, plates, bowls, etc that we needed. The park and splash pad across the street was perfect for a 2 year old (and older kids too). The workout circuit across the street was great too. The dunes and beach are wide (as it is down the entire boardwalk), but the buggy provided in the storage unit along with beach chairs and boogie boards made lugging everything to the beach easier. Nice large storage unit for chairs, toys and we brought a wagon which easily fit in there too. The pool was clean and perfect for a 2 year old on the kiddie side. The grills were great for grilling dinner. The location was perfect. About 1/2 mile from the boardwalk so not as busy. Friday and Saturday were busier with live music playing nearby, but it was real quiet during the week. Overall, a fantastic condo and location. Would definitely stay here again!

Ocean View Mornings

Beautiful ocean view mornings are the best! Located just across the street from a quaint park, the window front condo offered up a great view of the ocean right from the open and spacious living area. Condo was clean and well appointed. Plenty of space and very open - allowing for a lot of natural light. Easy walk to the beach, the pool and park. The boardwalk is nearby with plenty of food / bar choices - there is also an Acme grocery store and liquor store a short drive away. There’s even a liquor store that advertised delivery if you prefer that route instead of driving. The kitchen here was well stocked with plenty of cookware, place settings, silverware, coffee mugs and drinking glasses along with plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms all had a TV in them. We didn’t want for anything while here, just sat back, relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our trip. Frank was easy to reach and quick to reply. We would definitely recommend staying here and are looking forward to coming back!!

Great Vacation in Wildwood Crest, NJ

We had a great time staying at this condo in Wildwood Crest, NJ. The condo itself was in great condition with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and super clean. The property and pool were well maintained. The location is excellent for families with children being located directly across from a new playground, bike path and the ocean which you can easily see from the balcony of the condo. I spent every morning there sipping my coffee with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo owner, Frank, was a pleasure to work with. We really didn't have too many questions because he had already anticipated and answered any we might have. Wildwood Crest is a great place to stay with plenty to do. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend staying at this condo. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying at this condo.

I have stayed in several other condos in this building, but I must say this was absolutely the best one by far! The owner is so accommodating, everything you could possibly want or need is available to you, from his game closet to the little bottles of toiletries that you might have forgotten. The beds are all very comfortable, the apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished, it has everything you could want. The deck is s great gathering place, beach and pool are ideally located when you travel with small children. Condo is immaculate and owner is organized and detailed with entering and exiting directions. First floor allowed us to opt out of the elevator wait which we liked. Kitchen is fully stocked and fans are available in all rooms. Playground is across the street and we loved the parking outside the garage in assigned spaces, not nearly so tight. The utility closet for beach supplies is great and owner has plenty to offer if you don't bring your own. Am hoping to be able to rebook! Excellent stay!

Yes, I rented this very unit for three consecutive years before it came on the market for sale. I bought the unit because I thought was the best in terms of size, comfort, amenities, view, and location, location, location! I am meticulous in providing my guests a clean, modern, and comfortable place to reside so they can enjoy their vacation.

Why they chose this property

I have been vacationing in Wildwood Crest since I was a kid, and this property is unique in that it directly faces the ocean and beach, overlooking a park with playground in the foreground and then the beach and the ocean. The units in Royal Crest are spacious, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the day. The pool area is clean and comfortable with lots of seating, a bathroom, shower, and gas grills. It is a short walk to the entrance to the famous Wildwood Boardwalk, or hop the trolley that stops half a block away.

This unit's direct, ocean-facing views are awesome, and the building's location in Wildwood Crest (Ocean Ave and Myrtle Rd) is fantastic. Unit is spacious and comfortable.
