About this property

Woodland retreat minutes from Microsoft

I have recently begun renting the spacious lower level of my woodland home again - a private suite with three bedrooms and a large living room with kitchenette. The suite is minutes away from Microsoft's Redmond headquarters and has its own entrance, a dedicated parking spot, and very fast wifi.

Guests will have access to the entire downstairs suite (3 bedrooms and a spacious living room with kitchenette) with its own private entrance.

Sleeping arrangements

The suite contains 2 queen sized beds and an optional twin bed that may be set up in the office. An inflatable air mattress is also available.

Other things to note

The 'Woodview Retreat' has Netflix, a 51" 3D TV, a printer, and fiber optic 100 Mbps (symmetric) wireless internet with WPA2 security.

Onsite laundry facilities are available for a small fee.

A beautiful apartment in the woods!

This is a beautiful large apartment in the woods near Bellevue. Our host, Cam, was friendly, gracious and always interested in helping us. All of the systems in the apartment worked perfectly. This apartment is a terrific value.

Beautiful and comfortable

Stayed here for 3 nights with a group of 6 adults to attend the AMI USA refresher course. The space was beautiful and close to the venue. Easily able to take Lyft to the venue and many places around Seattle and Bellevue. Would highly recommend this listing! Owner is so nice and easy to work with also.
