The home is comfortable and it’s easy to take advantage of the great outdoor spaces.

Sunset Hideaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House had a great floor plan. Rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The patio and pool were a great place to relax and swim. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but was conveniently located to beach, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen could be better furnished with cooking utensils, dishes, knives, etc. The tile floors were difficult to keep clean, but that may be true for most places in coastal FL. Overall a positive experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff we worked with(Brooke,Anne,Mark, & pool company owner? Tom) were all very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, & a pleasure to work with. The house was not very clean & outed. Bugs & small lizards accessed house through master BR window, & front door with poor seal. Mattress needs replacing. Pool filter & heater did not work properly until day 21 of month stay, when owner of pool company came out to service. Otherwise, the location was excellent & appliances were fine.
