Quiet little cottage located on beautiful Higgins Beach, short stroll down the street to beach. Great spring, summer, or fall rental. Enjoy the fresh ocean air on your vacation , surf, sunbathing,fishing and swimming. Cottage backs up to Rachel Carson Preserve.close to Fun town splash town,Old orchard beach, Old port in Portland. Fun,fun,fun.sun and surf.Cottage has 3bedrooms, 1Queen size bed, 1 double size bed and a twin bed located off the double bedroom. Living room with 32inch tv cable, and internet service. Full kitchen, and washer dryer combo. Wrap around porch, front porch open side porch screened in. Gas Grill, picnic table . Bathroom large shower stall.cottage has heat.
Now Accepting rentals for Summer 2021 There is a 250.00 cleaning fee which is refundable after inspection of cottage.This is a non smoking cottage.

We ourselves spend our Summer's at Higginsbeach. We came here over 28 years ago and fell in love with Higginsbeach.
We hope you will come and enjoy the beauty of the beach and Rachel Carson preserve.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property or rather it chose us. One year before the property came on the market,my husband and I drove by the cottage and I remarked to him how cute it was and we would own it someday. We both laughed . A year later who knew it would become ours.

What makes this property unique

Single floor living. New floors installed. Cozy cottage. Has an enclosed porch for eating , sitting outside in evening without the bugs. Also small open porch in front. Short walk to beach,and cottage backyard is Rachel marsh preserve.
