Nicest house we have stayed in! When we first walked in both couples agreed, the house was prettier than the pictures on VRBO.COM. Also the host was available at all times. The view of the golf course and mountain was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Great location, beautiful home, very spacious. John was excellent to work with. He called us when we got there to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and walked us through a couple of details about the home. His response time with our calls was right away. I recommend this home and we look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful PGA West retreat

Really wonderful! We were surprised to see how spacious, luxurious and comfortable this home was. We’ve rented many places in the past but this is at the top of our list! Spotlessly clean with many amenities…including a golf cart to drive around the community! John is a wonderful host and very responsive!

Great stay

John was super responsive and the house was exactly as advertised / it looks in the pictures. We were a group of 4 adults (late 20s / early 30s) staying for Stagecoach and didn’t have any issues. Some of the rules seemed like it might be a pretty strict place but we didn’t run into any issues and were able to enjoy time outside with speakers playing at a reasonable level

Beautiful views, excellent layout of the home, impressive entrance and high ceilings, all technology and appliances in good working order, kitchen china and kitchen ware could use some updating, very quiet comfortable home.

Excellent stay. Had a wonderful trip!

We stayed 5 days at John's property and it was absolutely fantastic. The house is exactly as pictured in the listing and even better in person. Everything is clean, modern, and spacious! The location was perfect for our needs and the community is very nice and secure. As a host, John was wonderful. He was very accommodating and answered all my questions/concerns. All our guests had a great time and loved the home. I highly recommend considering staying here on your next trip as it was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation. Will definitely be re-booking on our next trip back to the desert!

La Quinta Gem

We booked our first VRBO not sure what to expect and were happily surprised with how much we loved the property, host and entire experience. As our kids are now young adults, it was time to find a property where we could all have our own space and bedrooms and this property fit that bill. The hot tub and beautiful pool were a great bonus. The home is welcoming and fully stocked with any and all amenities you would need for a great stay. Very open floor plan with lots of kitchen and island space to sit, also great wifi and big bedrooms and lovely casita! Highly recommend and have we will be back!

Well-appointed with great, spacious layout

A very nice living space that met all our needs. Highly- recommended place to stay by everyone in our party. Our host was very attentive, helpful and pleasant host. We enjoyed the nice view of the golf course and nearby mountains. Floor plan allowed gatherings inside and outside while also ensuring private areas for everyone. The large kitchen was equipped with high end appliances and facilitated an excellent gathering with old friends. Very comfortable, peaceful and inviting.

I would like that home for ever!

After having a horrible experience with another VRBO home 3 weeks back, this home and manager WHERE AMAZING. It was a a miracle that happened. The costumer service was amazing, direct contact, fast answers, NO TROUBLES and for the first time in months we were actually relaxing. He makes sure that the house has AMPLE time between guests. The house is TOP notch, clean, amazing and comfortable. IT WAS HARD TO LEAVE IT! We are looking forward to continue visiting more often.

Beautiful, clean home with a fabulous pool

This was an amazing place to relax with the family and catch some sunshine. The home had all the amenities we needed during our week long stay. The pool was cared for through the week, and we found the home to be clean upon arrival. The house was comfortable and well decorated. The property manager was so easily to get ahold of and made sure everything was all set. We would happily stay here again, great neighborhood!

The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We liked sitting on the patio watching the golfers and listening to the spillover. The owner emailed excellent instructions prior to arrival and provided a binder at his home with helpful tips and local information. John was always available and immediately responsive to any questions or issues. The accommodations and amenities are accurately portrayed. The star gazing from the elevated master window towards the west is phenomenal.

Labor Day Getaway

The property was a great place to relax and enjoy the pool with family and friends after a hot day of golf.. It has large ceilings which create a very open feel. The house was decorated nicely and the owner was very attentive and easy to work with. Would definitely consider a second stay next year!

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home on the Palmer private golf course in PGA West. The spacious open floor plan with a wall of glass opening to the pool and spa on the patio was our favorite element. The master suite is also large and beautiful. Guests loved the casita with a king size bed and bath. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and attentive. Can’t wait to return next year!
