We had a wonderful stay in Oark! The home was lovely, but the hosts really made the difference, communication was seamless and getting into the property was a breeze. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Natural State, the location couldn't be better. Highly recommended!
The host at this property is always on spot with everything. Communication, property access, cleanliness, setup, accessories for cooking. We’ve stayed multiple times and will continue to come back!
My wife and I always love staying at this property. It’s a quaint little house that makes you feel comfy cozy. If you’re looking for updated brand, new amenities, you might want to book somewhere else. This house has nothing but old world charm, and we love it
We enjoyed our stay. The location was centralized to the places we wanted to see and the house was very nice. Lots of hunters in the area during this time of year.
This property has it all, charming, peaceful, rich in comfort. We have stayed here quite a few times and always enjoy our stay. Great Hosts and amenities. Highly recommend.
The home was so comfortable and pretty. We enjoyed everything about it and after our days of exploring the area we enjoyed porch sittin’. We were so happy to have had the opportunity to stay here.
2nd time staying at this property and the experience was just as awesome as the first. Great central location for mountain roads and it is right next to Oark Cafe. Home is super clean and a classic old house.

Cute and historic house built in the 1930’s. Had A/C and heat & Wifi and Ruku TV. Great place to have some family time. In a beautiful area in the Ozarks. Host was so nice. The general store and breakfast place was right in front of the property. A great place to get away.
We were there to take part in the Arkanstol air show. We stayed at this Vrbo as was close and the place was quiet and he everything we needed. We enjoyed it very much.
This is the best little Gem in the Ozarks. Great location, beautiful surroundings, peaceful and friendly. You could almost call it a bed and breakfast with the Oark general store across the street with great food and top notch hospitality. Big shout out to the Owner, Mary. She is the icing on the cake. Already planning a return trip.
Drove 300 hundred miles to eat at Mountain View Bistro Oark Ark. Fantastic just 1/2 mile from cottage, excellent food deserts and service. Will return soon.
We rented this cabin with some friends for a SXS riding weekend and its a great property and better host. Convenient location to trail heads, Oark General Store is great for fuel, food and last minute items you forgot. Mary and Katie are great hosts for the property and its meets its description. We've stayed here multiple times and this won't be our last stay either. See you again soon!
The house was nice and spacious for our group of 6. Had room for trailers and side by sides. Awesome area for riding. And the restaurant in front of the house is good. If you’re planning on doing lots of cooking might want to bring your own supplies as they have a limited amount of cookware. The beds were great if you like a firm bed. The communication with owners was great. Will definitely return.
