This newly remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo measures in at over 1,050 sqft. Located just a quarter of a mile from the entrance of Ober Mountain, only 2.7 miles from the Gatlinburg strip and 3 miles to the Smoky Mountain National Park Entrance. It offers comfortable amenities and sleeps up to 4 adults. This home has all new furnishings. From the amazingly comfy sofas to the custom bedroom sets, you won’t want to leave.

Fully equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Range, Microwave oven, Crock pot, Toaster, Utensils, Dishes, Pots and Pans, and of course a Coffee maker. We also have a full-sized laundry Washer and Dryer for you to use.

The Dining room table offers seating for 4 guests. In the comfy Living room area, you will find conformable couches, ready for you and your family or friends to sit back and relax. You will find a floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace. For your entertainment needs, a 55” 4K smart television and 4K DVD player is ready for movie night. You will also find a cabinet that has several board games in it. You can also go outside on the private balcony, where you’ll find a table and seating for six. Great place to kick back with a beverage or have a wonderful family dinner. Sit back, relax, and listening to the birds, while bear watching and overlooking the beautiful mountain views. The kids love watching the Ober Gatlinburg trams climb and descend the mountain in the distance.

The Master bedroom offers a King-sized bed, 43” Smart HD TV and en suite full bathroom. The other beautiful bedroom offers a Queen bed and is equipped with 40” Smart HD TV. 2nd bedroom shares the hall full bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample closet space.

In the warmer months, typically Memorial day weekend til Labor day weekend. You will have access to all three “Owner’s Club Clubhouse” facilities, one is located right next door. This facility offers a nice pool and an indoor recreation area. You also have access to the facility located on South Baden drive, which is only minutes away. Here you will find a wonderful 58,000 gallon swimming pool, two tennis courts, basketball, playground, shuffle board and indoor activities, like billiards and a Gym.

Condo has a Keyless door lock, we will issue you a unique code to the front door before check in. No more having to pick up keys or losing keys.

You will have access to our High speed Wi-fi. Cell phone reception is spotty in the mountains, so there is a land line in the Condo as well. This way 911 and emergency services are available. Unlimited local and long distance calling in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Wake and Mariana Islands is provided. The Condo’s phone number is posted in the condo.

Ample parking spaces are available in the condos private parking lot.
