The unit is a large penthouse and the gulf and bay views are gorgeous! Kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms are nice size and updated. The master bedroom was always warm, due to a solid window facade for the view. Overall it did cool down to a comfortable temp to sleep.We had to have the master bed and a twin bed stripped and redone due to dog hair and human hair on the sheets and the covers were stained and the master bedroom coverlet looked like it hadn’t been washed in a while. We were provided ALL clean linens the next day. Because it was late, after hours, when I discovered it, I washed the master bedroom sheets myself that first night. They do not provide 24 hour services.All TVs worked intermittently, buffering was terrible.The master shower had to be re-cleaned because of hair. The master bedroom toilet is not attached by the two bolts on each side.Area rugs in living area and master bedroom are very stained and need to be cleaned.Mirrors in two bedrooms on sliding closet doors had large cracks, which property manager acknowledged, but to others renting, especially with kids, dangerous.You will be met at the unit for an initial walk through. I highly suggest inspecting ALL bedding and ALL bathrooms at that time. You get two parking spots, period, so if you have 4 vehicles, unit sleeps 10 and provides an air mattress, 2 will be on public streets.Beach is close, but no board walk, so bring a GOOD beach wagon. No umbrella services either.
