This property has a great location within walking distance to Main Street in Cooperstown. Very clean and everything we needed (2 adults). The host is very nice as well.
Great place to stay if you like to park your vehicle for the week and only walk 3 minutes to main st, shops, restaurants, hall of fame, double day field, even the otsego lake marina is within walking distance, convenience store, etc. anything you need is within a short walk, i love that! House is very spacious, 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms, has heat and a/c...all in all very comfortable and convenient place to stay in cooperstown!
Location was amazing! It is an old house so you have to know it will have quirks, but it was clean, homey, and inviting. John was a great host and communicated well. We had not known that the house was a duplex and that he lived in the other side of the house (perhaps I missed that in the description) but that was not an issue. We brought our dog, who apparently barked everytime we left to watch the baseball games .... that was an unexpected challenge, though John communicated quickly about that and I think we worked it out so as to not disturb anyone.

Great home!
The house was spacious, clean, well maintained and updated. A very short walking distance to Main Street, restaurants, shops, and the Hall of Fame. John (the owner) was attentive and gave excellent suggestions for restaurants. There is also a small grocery store/deli right around the corner up the street. Great location and plenty of off-street parking.
