About this property

Villa Aqua, beach & ocean front

Offering 2 bedroom units for weekly, monthly or annual rates. Spacious and large bedrooms with queen and king beds for many sleeping configurations. Enjoy the peace of the tranquil community. Have morning coffee on the covered porches and enjoy days on the secluded white sandy beaches sipping a tropical cocktail. Walk minutes to the beach from the Aqua Villa and take a drive to the resort for tennis, pool, massages and more.

Kitchen is fully stocked for the mature or not so functional chef to prepare those hearty meals. Service is provided for up to 8 people. Toaster, Microwave, coffee makers, gas stove and full size refrigerator is available.

Grocery stores and other island-shopping (small shopping centers with everything or small, well equipped, nice island shops) are within 10 to 40 car minutes away.

A hotel area with restaurant and activities is 5 - 10 minutes walk away and additional eateries and shopping in the area are 10 - 30 minutes away by car.

Laundry facilities, pool and restaurant close by.

Caretaker available to assist with any additional required items. Foodstore, gas station, eco tourism sightseeing properties are close by.

Car rental can be obtained at the airport to enjoy sightseeing of the entire island, which truly lives up to it's name of being called "Long Island".
If you don’t want to drive, there are friendly taxi drivers who can show you the island or bring you to any place.

Perfect location

Beautiful villa and setting overlooking the wild Atlantic . Deep blue water, soft sand and a beach bar open between 12 noon and 6pm.Food and. Liquor store a very short drive away.

Fantastic short trip

Lovely Vacation Spot!

What a charming and perfect place to relax! Right on the ocean and lots of space to stretch out and do as much or little as wanted. Paulette, Cheryl and Glenn were amazing and helpful to make our trip enjoyable. Definitely will be back!

Island bliss

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location. The house was true to its advertising. The view from back deck was amazing. The house was a great home away from home after Long Beach days!! Beautiful beaches on the island and the food was yummy everywhere!!

Such a special location and a property that offers so much. Breathtaking views of the ocean from the villa and spacious patio. Loved the location beside Moon Shine beach bar at Stella Maris. Perfect for a family - or 2 couples. Simple and clean! We stayed 2 weeks over the holidays. Took advantage of the Stella Maris club when we wanted - Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Spectacular ocean view

We loved this house. Long Island was perfect for us but probably not for everyone. If you like deserted beaches, wind, waves and sun...and can do without the many amenities that people come to expect in resort areas, you'll do fine here.

Vacation in Paradise

Great location and near resort amenities. Well appointed house with modern conveniences. Brand new interior and beautiful views of the ocean from the veranda. Clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. I would recommend this home for a family with kids or a group of friends. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Fabulous home with a beautiful Atlantic view

We enjoyed our time at Aqua Villa very much. Quiet, clean and wonderful beds for a great rest. The ocean is right off the front deck, just a few steps to the beach. Working with Paulette was flawless and she is very responsive. It was just the two of us but we'd definitely bring friends or family with us for another stay at Aqua Villa.
