This is the larger unit in the 2 unit DUPLEX, built in the late 50s. With a large living room, fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, you will have lots of room to unpack and relax. There is a small kitchen, and very large yards, with a shade tree and sitting areas in back. Near Valley Rd, and the Activity Trail, and near the lake, and downtown. Off and On street parking is available, room for trailer. Big screen TV with cable, Roku and streaming services. Large, single wall A/C in living room. This is a non-smoking property.

Quiet and comfortable

We had a lovely stay, it was so much nicer than spending the weekend at a hotel. The kids enjoyed being able to play in the backyard and we walked to a park just down the road. We came for Memorial Day weekend and it was close to all the festivities.

Pros: Overall the property was clean, the check in and out was easy. Dave was accessible if needed. Decent size. Would consider staying again. Cons: There wasn't a useable plug in the bathroom. No central A/C. The king size mattress could use an update.

There is a outlet in the bathroom, at the light fixture, 50's style. I may add another outlet lower. We offer a 2nd bedroom window for bedroom, on request. Indeed it has been very hot lately, and the large living room unit does struggle to keep bedrooms cool on super hot days. I'll install that 2nd unit this weekend. The KING mattress will be replace JULY 30th. Then ALL 3 will be NEW mattresses, memory foam style, firm. Thanks for the recommendations.

Everything was clean and towels was for all of us. Very close to shopping (WinCo Foods, Walmart, etc...) 2 or 3 blocks from the house. Air conditioners is not on all rooms but that rooms is not such a sunny and it has a ceiling fan.. Thank you.
