Plenty of parking available for a 40-foot boat or RV LAKE HAVASU CITY LOCATION Tranquil Waters: Retreat With Heated Pool is tucked away in Lake Havasu City, Arizona – a lake destination in the Sonoran Desert where miles of coastline meet the Mohave Mountains. Known as Arizona’s “West Coast,” we are 2 ½ hours from Las Vegas, 3 hours from Phoenix, and 4-5 hours from the San Diego and Los Angeles areas.
Here in Lake Havasu City, we are centrally located, and only 3 minuets away from the world famous London Bridge– near everything you’ll want to experience. Head a few miles north to the Bridgewater Channel for calm waters, sandy beaches, volleyball courts and waterfront eateries. You can also marvel at the historic London Bridge which was built in London in the 1830s. Pro tip: Make time for Windsor Beach, just a few minutes away, which is one of the prettiest beaches in Arizona.
Out on the lake, enjoy boating, bass fishing, wakeboarding, jet skiing and more. Our house is also close to Lake Havasu Marina and the new Havasu Riviera Marina where you can rent boat slips. Back on land, choose among nearby hiking, mountain biking and off-roading adventures. Some of our favorites include the “Crack in the Mountain” hike in SARA Park (it has a family-friendly slot canyon and bighorn sheep) and guided ATV rides through the open desert.
And for fun meals out, we like The Red Onion for hand-crafted sandwiches and onion petals; Barley Brothers for wood-fired pizzas and microbrews on tap; and the waterfront Shugrue’s with artichoke crab dip and steak and lobster entrées.
RESORT-STYLE BACKYARD Our backyard is the heart of our home where you can let go and live your best Arizona life.
Bask in the sun as you relax on chaise loungers and swim in our custom-built pool. Our beautiful backyard will knock your socks off as you take a dip in the pool.
Over to the left, fire up the stainless steel BBQ grill for a family cookout. You can also play games of cornhole, Bocce ball, Jenga, Connect 4, and much more on the turf lawn. And when it’s time for dinner, eat in our newly renovated open concept kitchen.
Good vibes continue once night falls, as the swimming pool is illuminated. Cozy up to the fire pit on cooler nights.

Great place to stay while in Havasu. Beds were super comfy, home had all the necessities, even an espresso machine. Pool was perfect! Large enough yard to toss a Frisbee.
Thanks for the hospitality!
Came to Lake Havasu during an extreme heat wave, this home came in the clutch with all its amenities. My family and i were able to enjoy the lake as well as the community around. Everything is close and convenient. My family and I had a great vacation!
House was very nice. Everything was clean and in working order. Beds were comfortable. Loved the open space. The backyard was great, perfect for a family to enjoy. We did not use the pool (too cool when we were there). The only negative was that the sectional in the living room was very uncomfortable and has seen better days.Would stay here again.

Home and host outrageous
Upon check-in, the house hadn't been cleaned from previous renters and the host was unprofessional and nasty renters.onlvercounters and in fridge
We were very comfortable at the property. The house was close to everything and we enjoyed the pool and game amenities.
One suggestion would be, to have instructions for operating the TV. Maybe a written channel
Guide for the freetv option. We don’t belong to Hulu, Apple and other app options so we were pretty limited in the evenings.
We would defiantly stay here again!
This a nice house with a cool backyard and pool. I would recommend this house for people coming with friends rather than families with smaller children. Found a few cigarette butts outside and lots of dust inside the house like AC vents, fan blades, and all of the fake plants around the house. Oh and the wifi drops a few times a day every day.
Great property! Back yard is inviting and relaxing, learn from our stay don’t waste your time heating the pool in the winter months, It took all day to bring it from 55 to 77 and by the time it was 77 it was very cold outside, shut the heater off hoping it would not drop to much overnight and it was back to 55 overnight. Sectional couch in the house is very comfortable but it’s to close to the wall so you have to pull it away to recline the seats. Thanks for the stay!

Cute place-not nice owner
The property is ok. Floors we’re not clean when we arrived. The layout of the house and pool is a little bit awkward. Owner has cameras up in front and back. In my opinion cameras in the back is an invasion of privacy.
Contacted the owner he was rude, untimely and unhelpful. House won’t sleep 12 comfortably. I would not stay here again.
We enjoyed a month at Tranquil Waters in March 2025. This was our first time visiting Lake Havasu City. Nicely presented home in a residential neighborhood. With the way the privacy fencing wraps around the large background it truly felt like our own retreat. Plenty of seating outdoors both in shade and full sun. The pool was very nice to have when the temps rose into the high 90’s. The pool heating process was not real clear so I did need to ask some questions. We were pleased in the end as you pay the amount of propane you use along with a user fee. We felt it was fair. Communications were fragmented using the VRBO platform, but we worked through it. The kitchen could use a few more things if you like cooking and baking at home. The reclining couch is the only seating option in the living area and it has seen better days. We are in our 60’s with some back issues so take that into consideration. There is not a dining table, yet there is seating for 6 along the island. We ended up buying a folding table so I could work on some art projects. Overall we enjoyed the home, backyard and pool. Nice location, plenty of parking and stunning sunsets.
Observations: House was not really ready for a 3 month stay. Kitchen: I bought measuring cups & spoons; small mixing bowls; potato peeler; functioning can opener (to take off tops). There was no can opener (triangle piercing) to open juice cans; dishwasher had very loud mechanical noises; Keurig didn't work; a few zip lock bags would have been nice; handle for filtered water was missing (needed a M6x25 screw). Living area: Remote for overhead fan was missing & light was inadequate for room, more light was needed. Sectional has a section with a bent mechanism and loose board making it difficult to retract. We removed crushed pop can from under it which did not help. We found area under sectional was filthy. We did find remote control for the overhead fan. There were swiffer pads but no swiffer “mop”. Clock did not work until I bought and replaced battery. Outdoor: A horseshoe pit backboard is broken & no propane tank for barbeque; Cost of heating pool was difficult to agree upon. Weeds in yard had burrs that infested dog. Bedrooms: A lamp in master bedroom was missing twist handle so it could not be turned on by hand; master bath had nonworking light; bunkbed room overhead light flashes on & off once it has been on for a while. Bathrooms: Although they were okay, it took just a little work on my part to make them clean. General: Vrbo description wifi instructions were wrong. The ones in binder were correct. Reported observations. Owner apologize but did not correct anything.
There’s a garage but we were there for 8 days and he only lets long term people use it. No instructions on how to heat the pool so it was always cold. Air mattresses were all torn. It would be nice if he told you to turn the pool heater on at the beginning of your stay and how to do it for us that know nothing about them.
Great house, spacious rooms and yard! Great location to everything! Host is extremely attentive and responded to messages immediately! Would definitely rent this property again. Thank you!!
