Fabulous House!

This house had everything we needed for an amazing beach vacation. The pool was an amazing escape after a long day of traveling. We were close enough to amazing beaches, and the hosts provide you with umbrellas, sand sifters, toys, etc. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We have two young children and the pool was everything for them! The house was clean, well stocked and we found the neighborhood to be very quiet and safe. We plan to book again next year!

Enjoyed our stay at this location. The place had everything for our 12 night stay. Close to the beaches and was a very comfortable setting with heated pool. Jan responded quickly to anything we had questions about. Very accommodating.

We had a fabulous weekend in venice and this listing was part of the reason our stay was so nice. Easy check in. The home was exactly as listed and very clean. Completely stocked for anything you would need while you are there. If we stay in venice again this home would be our go to!

Venice house

Very clean house with plenty of beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. The pool is solar heated and is very warm in April. House Could use a bit of an update in living room, furniture worn and dated. Be aware they charge $20 per day extra for a third person to stay even though there are two bedrooms.

Nice location

Close to everything, quiet neighborhood. Pool was well maintained. The one thing that became a pain was the fridge. It is located in the corner, against a wall. It's a french door fridge/ freezer. Fridge door can only open 90 degrees against the wall. Hard to reach for things.

The house was clean and in great location to the places we wanted to go. Didn't have to go more than 20 minutes to any beach shopping or anything we wanted to do also close to my sisters apartment. I will say if you stay in this house during winter no the pool is only as warm as it is outside so it was really too cold to swim in. The listing may say heated pool but it is solar heated not manually heated so while we were there it was 67° outside during the day, 50 at night and the pool was 65° or less. I would stay again but not at that same time of year.

below average house at best , was dusty , dead bugs and a lot of ants , roof had plastic on 60% of it , was never informed of that , grass wasn't cut and landscape was overgrown ,outdoor chairs at the pool all had rusted bottoms to the point of sitting crooked and metal rust chunks everywhere ,but was still charged full rate and a tip envelope was left for us after they charged for for cleaning .. never again , not worthy of being on vrbo at all , or a rental for that matter..

Inaccurate Listing

The listing says newly renovated: it is not. The front porch is dirty and untidy. The front door is old and the paintwork chipped. All internal paintwork needs refreshed, it’s is chipped in many places. The walls are chipped and marked. The paint job is very poor. The lanai is stained with rust marks . The legs of the lanai furniture are badly rusted. There is drying rack, which is badly broken. All in all the property needs work and was a disappointment.
