STUNNING DUPLEX- Ocean Views - Roof Top Deck!

One house from ocean/boardwalk. Beautiful inside and out. 3 Family home. This unit is a duplex with 2 Master Bedrooms one with a Queen bed the other with a King bed and nook area for crib. Each bedroom has access to a deck which has seating and a half awning for those who like the shade. Two Full baths, washer/dryer, SS appliances, granite counter tops, 3 flat screen TV's & High Speed Fios internet. This unit comes with Beach Badges as well. Outdoor state-of-the-art shower with body spray and a lock to store your beach gear safely. Outdoor picnic table, and gas grill (propane included). Cutlery, pots, pans, dishes and bar-ware. 1 parking spot and plenty of free street parking. I almost forgot, take the spiral staircase to your own rooftop deck with a 360 degree view of Ortley Beach.
Bring your own towels and linens or our cleaning service can provide them for a fee of $75. Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided free of charge. No Prom or graduation parties. All guest must be 21 years of age or older. This is a pet free home.

This house is so nice and clean! This is our third year here and it’s been perfect for 2 retired couples get some beach time and relax in this beautiful house. The roof top deck was our favorite place to hang out. We bbq’d, ate outside and the beach was so close by. We absolutely loved staying here! We are coming back next year for sure!

This property location is fantastic steps away from the beach and plenty of parking and close to 35 to go downtown. There was 3 of us and plenty of space for us! The whole house was super clean and beds are comfortable. The only thing to remember is this is a duplex so if others are staying we did fine you could hear the other guests through the walls and some of the windows look into your section which was kind of a bummer but not deal breaker. Overall great stay and great communication with the host.

Great Location

End of season so quiet and weather was great. The rooftop was a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. There are 3 units within the building and would be great to have friends and family altogether in one building.

Perfect Beach Stay

The property is conveniently located near ortley/lava shops and close to the beach! more than enough space and neighbors in the other units were also friendly. The rooftop deck is the perfect area to relax post-beach and hang out as the sunset and the night rolled in.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful duplex just one house in from the beach. Immaculately clean. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, lovely decor. The rooftop sitting area with views of the ocean was a big highlight for us. The owner was very nice and responsive to any questions we had .

Perfect Labor Day Weekend

What a perfect place. Drinks on the rooftop deck were a dream. Accurate description, well equipped and clean. Only thing I didn’t notice when I booked was there is no oven, but not a problem as we grilled outside. Would definitely stay here again.
