With 3 floors, this condo unit is perfect for 2 families to share or take the grandparents!

Stainless steel appliances,hardwood floors, dishwasher, washer/dryer, grill, outdoor eating area and third floor deck. Outdoor shower as well as 4 beach badges included. We recently renovated it and is furnished with Pottery Barn and PB Kids furnishings and bedding. Make this your summer tradition!

Renter must be over the age of 25. We do not rent to Prom Parties.

After vacationing in New Hampshire my entire life I though it would be impossible to recreate the traditions and lifelong friendships that I made while at the beach. Lavallette proved me wrong! We have vacationed with our 3 daughters since they were born and we consider this our second home. Our girls and their cousins and friends love walking to the beach, bay ice cream shops and riding bikes along the boardwalk. We know you will fall in love with this town as we have and hope to be a part of your lasting tradition.

Why they chose this property

Our newly renovated home is everything you could hope for. All furnishings and beddings are from Pottery Barn. We created a space just big enough for 2 families to share. With 3 floors there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space 2 couples to have their own space and the amazing children's suite is perfect for kids to sleep comfortably. Walk to the beach, bay, ice cream shops, ride bikes along the boardwalk...Lavallette has it all.
