Mammoth stay
Previous reviews are correct. This property provided easy booking, check in and out, great location with underground parking and ease of use for lifts. A few upgrades are needed that we were frustrated with which is why we only rated it a 3 star: the couches need replacing and some things that need repair which makes the price a bit over the top. The fold out couch which was supposed to be for our 4th couple was broken - the management resolved this issue by providing a blow up mattress. The other beds are very hard - we gave feedback (beginning of January 2020) with the suggestion of some memory foam toppers. The repairs that are needed (besides the poor couches in the living room) include a broken bottom rack in the dishwasher and the toilet paper holder in the upstairs master bath. Please be aware that the roll out beds are box springs and very thin - not comfortable. Everything was clean upon our arrival. It is dog friendly which was a definite plus - they have doggy poop bags along the walkways if needed.

Beautiful Home away from home
We visited end of December and the home was immaculate, and perfect for our group. The host are so hospitable thinking of all the special touches to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Not Up to Par
I visited this home in August and was not completely happy with it! The downstairs bathroom door knob was completely broken, there was hair on the supposed clean bath towels, the couches were awful - just not what I thought was a nice place. The stuffed animals up on the "perch" were so dusty and filled with cobwebs! Wi-fi was horrible. Needless to say, I will think twice before staying at this location again!

Nice Place Couple Suggestions
We thought the condo was beautiful and we loved the location! The upstairs unit living room with floor to ceiling windows is facing the 16th fairway and beautify pine trees...very beautiful, very peaceful! The kitchen was well equipped, living room very comfortable and spacious, had a lovely huge dining room table so could seat 8 people. For golfers, this is the place to stay in summer, as it is right across the street from Sierra Star clubhouse. Here's our issues/suggestions... 1. The beds are extremely hard and very uncomfortable & all the pillows are the same hardness need some variety of soft pillows too. Also recommend spending the funds to upgrade beds to pillow top for more comfort but with firm mattresses. 2. Watch out because in the fine print it does state that there is NO AC. The unit has very little cross breeze so difficult to cool it down in the warm evenings. Suggest that if no AC, then the owners provide portable large floor fans because only had 1 small fan. 3. There's seemingly a permanent group of neighbors that live in downstairs units. They are really loud having several parties at either the unit below us, or down the way at another downstairs unit. There are strict rules for vrbo tenants; no noise after 10, no smoking, but it seems these rules don't apply to the partying neighbors... smoking on their patios, loud music, partying late into the night. Suggest that the quiet hour rules be enforced. 4. It is a long walk from the parking lot with gear. There is an elevator which is nice, BUT no carts available so had to schlep bunch of gear. Suggest that the management have a common luggage cart. 5. General issues with the unit... the runner carpets were turned up on corners and were a tripping hazard, a couple of the hand cranks for the casement windows were falling off, master bath shower head needed replacing. 6. Huge cleaning fee, but we were responsible to take trash out and put dishes in to dishwasher. Think maybe for that large of a fee the trash could be taken out. Overall we give it an average score.
