About this property

[5 Star] Bright, Spacious & Conveniently Located

A very bright open townhome, with easy access to the mountain while being short walking distance to town. Two bedrooms and a large loft, will give guests enough room to spread out. The Woodlands complex features a very large pool and hot tub, sauna, easy access parking with a direct entrance into the unit. We have made the unit very child friendly for parents, so leave your toys and pack n play at home - we have them available for your use.

The Red Line shuttle stops DIRECTLY outside of the unit, and runs through town stopping at the Village and continuing to Main Lodge.

****COVID Certification: We have completed a County of Mono self-certification for businesses and are implementing all applicable health and safety requirements for this business, pursuant to the County of Mono document Guidelines for Businesses during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Issued on: Saturday June 27, 2020, COVID-19 Business ID: 621

Also, we have limited some of the items within the unit. There is no access to toys/games, and the kitchen supplies are limited to the necessities to keep our cleaning fee low. Mono County requires anything within kitchen cabinets to be cleaned/sanitized even if not used, so we have kept the appropriate amount of dishware and supplies for 8 guests.
