They’ve done a lot to upgrade this property including a brand-new flat screen TV in the living room, updated flooring, and stainless-steel appliances. There’s high speed wireless internet here so enjoy it wherever you are in the condo. Also, here’s a bonus: because it’s located on the 3rd floor you don’t have to take an elevator once you cross the parking deck because the unit is just two doors down from the bridge that crosses over from the parking deck. Beach service also included during season. Value is $50/day.

Your MASTER SUITE has a king size bed with a headboard. There’s another big TV here and same cable package located in a giant entertainment center.

The BUNK AREA is a kid friendly area for sleeping and a little playing. Perfect for your kids.

The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
