A two bedroom, two bath villa in a quiet location with quick access to the largest satellite pool and hot tub in the community. The property offers a master bedroom with a king bed and guest bedroom with a queen bed. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. It opens to a private patio with a lounge chair and table. The guest bathroom is located across the hall from the guest bedroom and has a combined shower and tub. There is a stacked washer and dryer in a closet adjacent to the guest bathroom. The spacious living room features a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa and a dining table with seating for five. The living room opens to a large patio with a dining table and seating for four. The full kitchen has a gas stove and oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides sleeping for up to six. The property offers comfort and value in a great location. It can be combined with LV005 (Downstairs Studio Just Steps from the Pool) to create a 3 bedroom villa with 2 master suites (subject to availability).

The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.

Outstanding!

My friends were so pleased with this beautiful condo in La Quinta. I had to bring in several friends for a last minute weekend stay, and the home was very comfortable and had all the amenities anyone should need. Especially enjoyed the BBQ and to close proximity to the pool. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

It was great however the bath towels are old, sheets had old blood stains and the pools towels need to be updated as well. Maybe some furniture refinishing some time soon.

Legacy Villas

The villa was well worn as other people reviewed but the beds were comfortable and overall the stay was very pleasant. It is a shady location but just a few steps to one (of the many!) pool and hottub for sunshine. The complex was peaceful and quiet and very relaxing. Picking grapefruit along the main walkway was a bonus.

The home was spacious and clean. Pool right outside patio. Parking is close to front door entrance. Private closed 2nd patio off master bedroom. Love the big tubs in the bathrooms!

Nice property in Legacy Villas. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Amenities are a bit bare, but have all the basics (cookware, diningware. Could use some more wine glasses so I don't have to keep washing) Feels like a rental, professionally run. Good location, right by one of the pools. Nice welcoming bag for festival. That was a great touch.

Great stay for Stagecoach!

This property is so great. It had everything we needed. We were in town for Stagecoach so we were not at the Villa for most of the day. Mostly morning pool time before the festival. The pools around the property were wonderful, and the neighbors were great! There was a little confusion about the parking space but the owners were quick to respond to any of my questions. Highly recommend this villa. We definitely plan on returning.

Peaceful retreat at Legacy Villas

We loved how quiet the neighborhood was and the many convenient pools and spas. The unit is a bit dark - but we asked for larger wattage light bulbs and it was much better. We did use the kitchen a lot to cook breakfast and some dinners - the pans and utensils for cooking could be updated for people who cook - and ALL of the knives need to be either sharpened or replaced. And perhaps a pyrex dish or two - but everything worked perfectly. I would stay here again but would need to bring my own knives. Thank you!

Family fun vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything went very well. The condo was clean and ready upon check in and only steps to one of the satellite pools. We preferred the larger kids pool but we used both. t.v. remotes were a bit confusing but Quinn was very helpful. The kitchen sink started leaking on second day but since it was a 3 day weekend management decided to wait until after we checked out. Overall a very pleasant stay. We are planning on returning soon.

Overall Good. Ice maker in fridge is not working. Sleep 2 sofa mangled not possible to sleep on it. these are obvious and foremost thinks to fix. I have seen reviews of other people too talking about ice maker not working. Too many fees.

On balance, we enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, particularly when the weather is warm. This is a shadier area of the property and very close to a larger pool. We had two issues and the host got back to us to arrange repairs within 24 hours, which was nice. That said, the unit is well-worn and looks as though it has seen many many visitors without a deep clean. Counter tops and bathrooms were generally clean, but much of the place appears dirty. Walls, cabinets, light switches, curtains, corners and edges of the carpet, and baseboards were dirty or stained. Also, the kitchen had no salt or pepper. It was adequate, but we would not choose this unit again.

Racist and not helpful

We arrived a bit early as I had mentioned we would and they never mentioned a $60 early check in fee. Then the ice machine wasn’t working and was told to go the clubhouse for ice. Then other items were not working such as the mini fridge, safe and lock on the bathroom door. Also we had 3 pool towels for 5 people! When I mentioned these things to them after the holiday they said because of my religion they were not informed about early on to resolve the issues, but that was not the case. They didn’t even bother fixing the ice machine just said to go to the clubhouse. It’s was overall Pooh customer service, bad taste in communication and no apology or compensation for anything!

Reviewer Comments: The pictures makes it look light & inviting but it is a very dark place and a 30 day stay for us made it feel like we were staying in a dungeon. Furniture indoors and out are very uncomfortable and need to be upgraded. The BBQ needs to be updated also. Took forever to cook hamburgers!! The kitchen is adequately equipped, no problems there. The location is a nice place to be. Close enough to Old Town LaQuinta to walk. A few problems over our 30 day stay that should have been handled was the tv in the bedroom. It never worked the whole time we were there and a nice representative from property management came to try and fix 3 times, but NEVER got it!!! Also, they replaced the master mattress half way through our stay from a queen to a king and housecleaning came to replace sheets, but they never had the king size fitted sheet, so they put a flat sheet under & for the last 2 weeks it always came untucked. Should have been a little more professional. If they were do some UPGRADES to furniture & bedding, this place wouldn't be bad for a week or less. But please, spend a little money owners & make it more comfortable for your guests!!!

Reviewer Comments: At approx. $400 per night (after tax and fees), we were extremely disappointed to see the state of the furniture and finishes in the unit.Tears in the dining chairs, worn and faded couch and pillows that sag, the main light fixture's cord was tied with a writing pen in it!! Unsightly exposed cords instead of wireless internet/TV.The place needs some serious updating or a serious drop in the nightly rate.Great complex and location, just a disappointing unit.
