Westview Gardens, our recently extended (2023) & enhanced canal front home boasts stunning views of Juba Sound Salina, where you can enjoy breath taking water vistas & unforgettable sunsets. This delightful retreat features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a spacious open concept living, dining & well equipped kitchen, with washing machine (no dryer).

The first bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized bed, generous closet space, an ensuite wet room style shower room & sliding doors that lead directly onto the pool terrace. The second bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom is designed with a bunk bed that includes a small double & twin bed. These two rooms share a family wet room style bathroom.

Westview Gardens is a sanctuary for peace & relaxation. Step outside to discover a beautiful terrace & an elegant black-tiled pool, all surrounded by the lush native flora & fauna of Turks & Caicos, creating a tranquil oasis for unwinding & relaxing.

Nestled in the peaceful residential area of Long Bay Hills, Westview Gardens offers convenient access to popular attractions. A short 2 mile drive along our newly paved road will take you to the stunning Grace Bay Beach, famous for its soft white sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Here, you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants & cafes. Alternatively, a quick 2 mile drive in the opposite direction will lead you to Long Bay Beach, a world-renowned destination for kiteboarding enthusiasts.

Amazing stay at Westview Gardens

We had a fantastic experience staying at this home. Everything exceeded our expectations. The views are incredible, and sunset at the pool was breathtaking. The location was perfect, it seemed like it was an 8 minute drive from everything we wanted to do! Sarah was responsive as a host, and her directions were very helpful! We can't recommend this place enough and hope to return someday!

Great getaway spot on a beautiful island

This house was a wonderful home for out family of four (two adults, two teens) during our four-day getaway on Providenciales. The house is quiet and comfortable, and within easy driving distance of everything you might want to do on the island. The pool offered a great respite after a long day.

Quiet clean cottage

We enjoyed our time at the cottage. It was in a nice location to access all of the beautiful beaches. It was also very quiet and had a nice view. The grill was great and our kids loved all the games too. Thank you!

Quiet and comfortable.

The garden home was quite comfortable and Nelson was very responsive as a property manager. Enjoyed the screened in porch and BBQ grill was a nice convenience. Close to the Caicos Shipyard and East and South side kite boarding. It is a short drive to Grace Bay on the North Side.

a beautiful private house

This place is much nicer and pretty than it looks from the pictures. We enjoyed very much the 7 days kite boarding vacation trip here. My two teen age boys love this place and the back porch. It is a few minutes drive from the beach, main town and supermarket. The house is clean, roomy and well organized. We would love to come back again on the next vacation ! Thank you so much for letting us renting your lovely house !!!

Pleasantly Surprised

My husband and I both work for the airline and had the opportunity to stay at the propert August 9-12 of 2015. We we're looking for an affordable place to stay for a quick getaway with our granddaughter. This place far exceeded are expectations. We didn't quite know what to expect driving up to the place but once inside we were quite taken back with the views around the property. Place was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the enclosed patio and being able to use the grill which afforded us some much needed family time. I especially took great pleasure in watching the sunrise in the morning with my coffee out there. Scott the property manager provided excellent customer service and was constantly at our beck and call. Meeting Sarah the owner was an added bonus! Both were very accommodating ! We can't wait to go back!

Great introduction to Turks!

This was our first time in Turks but not our last! Staying at this property and in this location was perfect for a first visit. The cottage is as stated - very quaint and cozy. It gave us exactly what we needed for respite because we were out all day then out again for dinner. The pool was great for a nice dip in the evening. The view is beautiful. The host was always responsive by email and through this site. I loved that we were close to everything - grocery store, beaches, restaurants, and marina. Just a few tips - don't assume there will be food basics in the refrigerator. Stop on your way in or run right down the road to the gourmet grocery store. There is also no soap/body wash so be sure to bring some. We managed to find some washcloths but they were not in the bathrooms. Lots of towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. Enjoy!

Private , clean and cozy- sweet!

Very welcoming, pleasant cottage, very clean, tidy and cozy. Wonderful big screened deck over looking Juba Sound. - birdwatchers you will like this! Very good bed. We very much enjoyed the privacy, early morning quiet and night time starry skies of this location. ( However, there seem to be a lots of dogs in the area and they were disturbingly raucous for some period of time each night. As was the loud music from somewhere deep into the night one night. ( til 3 am).) Both of those were unexpected and a bit jarring. Our only cooking was with the very good BBQ on the lovely porch so I'm not sure how well the kitchen was kitted out, but I think quite well The hosts provide a nice breakfast spread of juice , bread, jam, fruit and-and beer and wine and cheese as well! However, staples such a salt, pepper, oil , coffee were not supplied. You'll need a car if you stay here but we were happy to have one to get out to enjoy the island.

Perfect vacation

Very clean and well stocked home

Very great experience from beginning to end. It was so nice to have so many towels and pillows. Very nice surprise to have some essentials already stocked in the home. Our only down side was just how few glasses there are and wanting to be respectful of the cost to run the dishwasher ( and that we were on vacation!) a few more glasses would help out a lot. All in all will definitely consider returning.

Great house with amazing views

Very clean and well equipped. Great location to both beaches and many amenities. The screened in porch was definitely the favourite place to eat meals, work, relax or just stare out into nature. Two unique places a short drive from the house were a vegetarian cafe called Retreat Kitchen with green juice and high quality food, and Provo Ponies where you can ride horses not only along the beach but in the water!

Great stay at Westview!

We arrived at Westview thanks to very easy directions and were welcomed by and extremely clean and cute villa. Very well stocked and we were even surprised buy welcome goddies in the refrigerator. Beautiful sunsets every day from the very nice screened porch. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it felt very secluded. Our only complaint would be the firmness of the king size bed. Other than that it was a great stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect accommodation in great location. Very spacious, easy to find and a great base for exploring the island. Close to all the amenities you will require. Thanks for the welcoming beer in the fridge, after 36 hours of non-stop travelling to get here it was much appreciated! Very much recommended

Beautiful view, central location

The house was quite nice and clean. It's perfect for four people looking for a very affordable hideaway in paradise. You'll definitely need a car, as it's over a mile from any beach, but it's within 3 miles of several uniquely different beaches, in case you want something different everyday. The screened in patio was great for hanging out and playing cards at night.

Tranquil Waterscape!

We spent a few nights at the Westview Gardens for the first time. We are frequent visitors to the island as well. This cottage was so peaceful and relaxing, waking up to the birds and overlooking Juba Sound. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need. A car is necessary in Longbay but a short drive to eveything. The welcome treats were special - the Turks Head Beer, Distilled Water, Watermelon, a new coffee pot, towels and island cell phone. The beds were firm and comfortable too. Some island favorites, Coco Bistro (make a 3-6 mo reservation in advance), Conch Shack, Danny Buoys, Mango Reef and Magnolia's for a sunset dinner. Thank you Sarah and Scott the property Mgr. who is there with a quick phone call. We look forward to our return stay!

Westview Gardens

We just returned from a lovely stay at Westview Gardens. It was our first time in Turks and Caicos and we were so happy we chose to stay at Westview Gardens. It was a small, quiet house with a gorgeous view and it was perfect of my husband, me and our two young children. We rented a car at the airport so Grace Bay and all the restaurants were no more than a 10 minute drive away. The house was also in a great location to be able to drive around and explore the rest of Provo (we loved going to Taylor Bay!). It was clean, well equipped and had a wonderful screened in patio at the back. The best thing was that Sarah had left us some food and drinks in the fridge which was there when we arrived. It was a wonderful surprise and so appreciated because it is hard to get out grocery shopping after just arriving with two tired young children! Overall, the house was great and it made our stay very memorable!

A PERFECT place for us! We very much liked being away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts and instead coming "home" to peaceful Juba Sound and chairs awaiting us on a screened-in porch (screen from ceiling to floor) with a promise of a gorgeous sunset to come. The house is perfect for a small family. It is very clean, pleasantly furnished, fully outfitted for basic cooking. All amenities worked (or, if not, there was a phone number to call--a local cell phone was provided). The owners very nicely gave us lots of tips about places to eat, things to see, tour groups to contact. A rental car is a definite must, right from the airport, and with the car, getting around the island is straightforward (as long as you keep reminding the driver to stay on the left!). The cottage was in a quiet location but really not far off the main road and so one could easily get anywhere on the island. Lots of beautiful fish on Smith Reef for snorkeling, white, white sand and the most beautiful turquoise water along Grace Bay. Taylor Bay was perfect for young children or any adults who enjoy very calm, shallow water. Seafood galore in restaurants for dinner, a gourmet supermarket....all a little pricey, but nicely the owners of Westview Gardens have kept their rates down. We would definitely come back!

Westview Gardens

A very nice smaller home perfect for a couple, two couples or a small family. The property is close to Caicos Marina where our boat was moored. It is ISOLATED! This is wonderful if you want peace and quiet with a great view of a lagoon often visited by flamingos. Binoculars were furnished. A car is a necessity. I hope we can return in the future.

Absolutely Perfect!

Our stay at the Westview Gardens Guesthouse was wonderful! It more than exceeded our expectations! The best of both: we enjoyed the privacy, peace and quiet, "get away from it all" atmosphere, while being located less than 5 minutes' drive from dining, shopping and the beach. Scottie checked on us the first day to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. The guesthouse was immaculately clean, well decorated, nicely furnished, everything was brand new. Spacious bedrooms, big bathroom, lots of closet/dresser space --- great for our 8-day stay. I appreciated the fully supplied kitchen (as those are items you don't travel with and don't want to have to buy). We loved the "right on the beach" restaurants (i.e. The Conch Shack, Bugaloos) and grilled out at the house -- it was nice to have the option to do either. The view anytime of day or night is stunning! -- hard to capture the tranquil beauty and serene peacefulness from photos. I can't imagine any place more perfect! Thank you so very much for your gracious hospitality, and allowing us to vacation in your lovely home!

A real home from home in an idyllic setting

We have recently returned from a wonderful trip to Westview Gardens Guesthouse in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. We couldn't think of a more relaxing, tranquil place to stay. The setting is so idyllic, with lovely ever changing views across the Salina, depending on the position of the sun and the tide. We will miss spotting the bird life on our daily canal side walks and the kids will miss exploring at the waters edge. We were lucky enough to experience some amazing sunsets whilst sitting on the screened deck. It was so peaceful day and night, with just the soothing sound of cicadas in the background in the evening. The location is perfect - private and secluded, but only a short drive from the beautiful Grace bay and Longbay beaches and the local supermarket, resorts, shops, cafes and restaurants etc. The guesthouse itself was very comfortable, furnished nicely, had a light and airy feel, was very clean, tidy and well equipped - a real home from home. It was just what we needed to get away from the fast pace of our every day life in England. We would definitely recommend visiting and we hope to return again one day very soon.
