Awesome Property with 180° white water ocean views.

Full access to private land on a peninsula. This peninsula, a point of land, has ocean on both sides. This point of land is why the house is called "Casa del la Punta."

This is a popular place for surfing. Bring all your ocean toys. You have private access to the sandy beach.

Just 200 yards away is where there are many restaurants and bars with music every weekend. There are several restaurants here which will be able to serve your large group with a reservation or dinner.

The house is built by a well-known architect and the house some classic Mexican features.

There are tall ceilings supported by wood beams. There is saltillo-styled flooring throughout the majority of the house with some portions of wood flooring. All the windows are tall and ocean front. The doors are all made of solid wood.

The living room is very large with 12 foot plus ceilings, big ocean view windows, with plenty of seating on the couches and an extra table.. You will be able to watch your friends surf or be on the beach right from the living room.

The dining room is also very large and has a table to seat 10, with a patio just outside of the dining area to seat 12 more. This patio is ocean front and has 180° unobstructed views.

All the bedrooms have ocean views! 6 bedrooms in total, 9 queen size beds in total, all with new linens for 2023.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and has large granite counter tops. The kitchen has enough cookware, plates, silverware, place settings, for 18 people.

You are more then welcome to provide your own cooks.

The house has wireless internet.

The house has 3 floors. On the center floor is the main entrance, large living room, the dining room, the kitchen, and the main patio just outside of the dining area. There is also one bedroom with complete bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs from the center floor are two more bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms.

Downstairs from the center floor is the game room which has its own bar, pool table, ping pong table and foosball table.

This house is within a gated area and there is on site safe parking.

The house was clean upon arrival and was in a stunning location on the beach. The view was beautiful and everything was as described. I wish the hot tub was functioning for our stay, but we understood that sometimes things happen. We had a lovely trip and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de la Punta for our micro wedding of 11 people. The property was beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for our ceremony. There is consistent hot water for anyone who is concerned with that (which is not always a given in Mexico). We hired a private chef, but the kitchen was well equipped. The views were stunning, and the location and property manager made it easy to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend. Would 100% stay here again!

Great place for large parties

The pictures do no justice to this beautiful place. Upon arrival you have views of the ocean from the main room. The views only get better from the back of the home. Oh and the infinity pool, amazing! Easy access to the beach and nearby shops. Great place for large groups. Our family loved it!

Best Spot in La Mision

We stayed at this house for a birthday trip to Valle with a group of friends. The property is HUGE and easily accommodated us. The host was very thorough and welcoming, and Manuel helped us insight to make sure we were taken care of. Great location eight next to the beach and La Fonda. Can’t say enough good things about this house!

Have been to couple other properties recently. But this beats those. Every bed room has balcony and view of ocean from every room Access to beach(pebbles, be mindful of tide calendar) Accessable outdoor space interms of many lounges, pool, jacuzzi No TV, i meant anywhere, that was a huge plus for us Very close proximity to lot of local restaurants. Perfect place for big parties!

The pictures do not show the size of this property! Excellent for big groups and parties. Not the best of you are looking for a nice place that is nicely furnished and don't expect everything to work (hot tub was down). But this was exactly what we were looking for. The property is in an amazing location with access to the beach! FYI, there is no grill, which we were surprised about so plan ahead. The host was accommodating and very communicative!

Absolutely beautiful property!

If you’re looking for something just south of Rosarito, put this on your list! Wonderful property for a big group. We were traveling with a group of 8 adults and had plenty of room. Heat was out on one side but the gave us space heaters that did the trick. Furniture is a little run down but still very comfortable. There are no TVs which isn’t a deal breaker, but definitely something I overlooked. The hot tub was not working which was a bummer. Great food close by. Overall, we’d totally come back! Thank you!

This was a beautiful house with amazing ocean view from every room. Manual at the property was super nice and friendly. He was very attentive and helped with every information we needed. The only thing we did not like was house is not maintained and has a gas leak which gave us all a headache on the first day. Even though it was raining, we tried to stay on the beach to stay away from the gas smell. The house was very cold with no heater or pool working due to gas leakage. Definitely would love to go back and enjoy the house once it is fixed up.

Place is large in good area but was missing maintenance and basic amenities. There was no hand soap and small toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. The place can be great if gets updated and properly furnished. There are no TVs. Very disappointing!

none of these the mentioned amenities were working and we were told nothing could be done. we booked this property for the advertised amenities, but when we arrived we told the hot tub was not working and the fireplace had not been working. it was a cold weekend, heat was not working at all! property manager on site, manny was very attentive but could not help with issues. do not book this property!!!

Awesome weekend

My family had an amazing weekend celebrating my mother's 70th birthday. The home was able to accommodate 16 guests comfortably. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was large enough for us to cook meals. There is a propane barbecue for use and a fire pit outside. We enjoyed our stay.
