This modern split level villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect setting for a tranquil holiday.

To experience the 'bush setting' whilst only being a short drive from the heart of Dunsborough, step out through sliding doors onto alfresco area, complete with outdoor table, chairs, Weber style BBQ and outdoor shade sail.

Leading down a short rung of stairs from the entry level is the open planing living area has reverse cycle air-conditioning, a spacious kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances including oven, hotplate, fridge/freezer, Coffee Pod Machine, dishwasher, and microwave. Modern wooden dining room table with 6 chairs that flows through to the lounge with a comfortable modular lounge suite, complete with large flat screen TV and DVD Player.

Also on this level is bedroom two with a queen bed, large wardrobe, ceiling fan & TV, and the third bedroom with two 'long singles' that can be joined together upon request and ceiling fan.

Bedrooms two and three share the main bathroom located on the entry level.

The Master Bedroom with a king size bed, built in wardrobes, reverse cycle air-conditioning, TV with an en-suite is located on the entry level of the villa.

This tranquil villa is in a great location, bordering a Bush reserve & is an easy walk through treed pathways to the heart of Dunsborough

Great family stay

Fantastic location with modern equip home layout. Would have been better to have wifi connection for kids to get connected to tv network. DVD player provided but no DVDs. Other than that, lovely stay, close to amenities and peaceful nights. Definitely will recommend to friends.

Clean and convenient

Does not have wifi which does seem a little out of step with the cost of rental. It was very close to an adjoining house which was very noisy at night with New Years Eve going till 6am in the morning.
