Essene Country Lodge offers a satisfying escape to the countryside for those who enjoy peace, privacy and tranquility. For those who like to relax, you can daydream by the stream, read in the garden or simply meander down to the chooks and forage in the garden.

The newly designed spacious home is carefully positioned on 1.6 hectares of heritage land fully surrounded in mature trees.

On offer is three bedrooms one queen bedroom, one king ensuite room, and two king singles in the third room, large bathroom including full bath and shower, two lounges,

Conveniently positioned close to Mystery Creek event centre, the Avantidrome and other nearby attractions include; Hobbiton (30 mins), Glowworm caves (50 mins) and Lake Karapiro (15 mins).

Special conditions: Smoking is not permitted and although family events of guests are accepted - large parties are not permitted.

We love to garden, producing fruit and vegetables all year round. We brought up our children here milking 100 cows in a walk through shed for our parents; now our grandkids visit here for their school holidays and enjoy a little bit of country in comfort.

Why they chose this property

Kaipaki is our heritage. We love to walk along the stream underneath the pins of our 1.6 hectares lifestyle block down to the pond, feeding the eels or picking fruit for breakfast along the way.
