Welcome to the beach! You have all the comforts of home and the beach just a short stroll away! This beautifully updated house has all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen and linens. This is a single story house with view of the ocean. This property features a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals with all the conveniences of home. The comfortable bedroom has a queen size bed in the bedroom, queen size sofa bed in the living room and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom area. The bathroom is in the bedroom. There is a 42 inch flat screen ROKU SMART TV where you can enjoy your shows from the couch and FREE WIFI access for your internet needs. The unit is 950 sf and accommodates 6 people.

1 small dog under 20 lbs may be considered, $100 pet fee applies. Sorry no cats. Dogs must be kept on a leash and no excessive barkers please. This property is non smoking including patio and common areas. Minimum age to rent is 25. NO PARTIES and quiet time is 10pm - 10am, please be respectful of other guests and neighbors.

There is 1 assigned off-street parking in garage for 1 car, NO OVERSIZED vehicles will fit. All other vehicles must use the paid parking on the street. Street parking is metered 6am - 6pm and $.25 per 20 minutes. Shared coin operated washer and dryer are in the garage, $2 each. Shared gas BBQ grill in back patio.

Very Clean with a updated kitchen Great location to the pier and beach and downtown area Safe and secure comfortable sleeping with plenty of privacy and closet space The areas that I feel need improvement The property in the afternoon became very hot and even though there were fans I feel that the lack of A/C made the inside of the property too hot late into the afternoon and into the night. The gate that had to be opened and closed when putting the car in the garage was very cumbersome along with the chain that was very dirty and rusty even though it had a plastic sleeve on it. The sleeve needs to be replaced. and last the TV did not work for the entire stay.

The kids had never seen an ocean before so the location was ideal. The hose bibs allowed rinsing of feet - very appreciated. Comfortable sleeping accommodations for all; more than adequate kitchen; off-street (garage) parking; a parking permit ( a splendid, unforeseen extra). Thank you.
