3 Bedroom Luxury Remodel near Old Town

Beautiful newly remodeled 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom two story townhouse. This space is newly remodeled with high end finishing including wood tile floors, granite countertops and all new everything from cabinets to doors and windows. Living spaces fully furnished with upscale furniture and a fully stocked kitchen including Calphalon pots and pans. There is also full size laundry and extra sheets and towels, so all you need are your clothes!

The master bedroom has a king sized pillow top mattress with a large walk-in closet and oversized double headed walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and the 3rd has two twins. The second and third bedroom share a full bath upstairs and there is a half bath downstairs off the kitchen/laundry area.

**There are also two assigned parking spaces directly off the large furnished patio that include a Gas BBQ

Just a short cab ride to Old Town dining and nightlife, Fashion Square Mall and Giants and Rockies/D-Backs Spring Training facilities as well as Talking Stick Resort and Casino. About half a mile walk to Walmart and Safeway as well as beautiful Chaparral Park. Also on the Free Scottsdale Trolley route.

This is not a party house and is not suitable for small children. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor so if stairs are a challenge this may not not the place for you.

Please inquire about pets as they are accepted on an individual basis but generally no pets over 25 lbs.

This is a Townhouse community so please be respectful of the neighbors.

Excellent experience

My family and I stayed at this beautiful rental apartment for two months while our house was being remodeled. Not only is the decor updated and gorgeous, there was plenty of room for all four of us to be very comfortable. It is very conveniently located near upscale shopping and restaurants. The landlord was delightful, accommodating, and very responsive to all of our needs. We highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful Property

Hubby and I had the pleasure of staying at this residence in November 2014. What a wonderful home in a convenient location. The photographs do not do it justice... it is a lovely, beautifully and comfortably furnished, and in a well equipped complex. It is within walking distance of the beautiful lake, a coffee shop, multiple excellent restaurants etc. It's perfect for a sunny break in winter, particularly for those who wish to have access to conveniences without using a vehicle. The kitchen had everything we could ask for, and it was equipped with all the tools needed to prepare wonderful meals. Booking the stay was simple, and the owners were friendly and helpful leading up to the visit, and during the visit as well. I would recommend a stay here for anybody looking for the break. Although I haven't started thinking about this year's winter vacation, I know I'm likely to return!

AMAZING LOCATION

My wife and I have been coming to Scottsdale for years but have never found a more beautiful and comfortable vacation rental. It was in the best location closing to dining and shopping and we were able to catch all of the Spring Training games we came down to see. Danielle was friendly and professional and even helped us out with some dinner recommendations. We totally felt at home and can't wait to return! We would recommend this place to everyone looking in this area. TIP: The Master Suite is amazing and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud!!
